Sold a house through Central earlier this year and would strongly recommend trying one of the other two. Their photos and description left a lot to be desired and they then added the property to Rightmove for £50k less than we'd discussed without my authorisation, thereby completely destroying the chance of getting anything higher. After I highlighted their error, they pulled the listing and relisted my previously suggested price stating that 'no-one will have seen it yet' but all offers then came in around their first low price. They say that you'll deal with a single contact throughout but you won't. I received emails and calls from names I'd never been introduced to before. The whole experience is one I hope to forget and having moved from the area, fortunately I now can. Technically I could have sued, but life's too short.

My girlfriend and I recently found a new flat through Central Estate Agents. We're letting and so can't comment on the buying process but for us they were outstanding. Everything was turned around very quickly by our agent Bhavin (who is extremely personable and would be my first phone call if I were to move again). They should also be commended for the fact that they got our paperwork sorted across a bank holiday weekend. Would use again.

Absolutely useless. Tried to sell my.one bed flat in walthamstow through central estates. Was told by the estate agent that I met (Rich) that he would be responsible for all viewings. He maybe showed up to 10% of them. I had to chase them to put a board up outside my house and to get a featured property on right move etc., even though I had these promises all in writing. I had to chase several times for feedback, which was far from insightful if I even received any. One agent turned up without keys to my property and another told me I had an l lease less than 99 years (absolutely not the case)when I had to go into the office to chase non existent feedback. Don't bother with these jokers.
