I can throughly recommend Richard at Central if you are looking for someone to sell your property. He gave us a truly personal service when we sold our flat - he always knew what was going on, where things were up to and was easy to get a hold of, either on the phone or WhatsApp. He was very proactive when it came to getting viewings from buyers he thought might be interested He knows a huge amount about the local property market and could always be relied on for sound advice. Don't know where we would have been without him.

We marketed our property with Central after having been on for about six weeks with another local agent without receiving any offers. Central had a different approach, making the most of the best features and being pro-active in the promotion. We were most impressed as, after only one weekend, we had several offers on the table to choose from. However, from this point on, things didn't progress as well as we expected. It became very difficult to speak with anyone from Progression, even to the point of asking the agent we were buying from to try to get answers, which, unfortunately. the were not able to get replies to messages/phone calls etc. Central, in our opinion, need to improve their communication with

Central are genuinely brilliant estate agents and great people to work with. After meeting a few of their team, I trusted them to sell my flat as they were already selling the house my partner and I wanted to buy. This proved time and time again to be such a valuable decision. Throughout the whole process they've been engaged, proactive, professional and focused on getting everything over the line while keeping everyone involved happy. The transactions haven't always been easy (definitely not down to Central!) and there have been so many occasions where we've seen the true value of their decades of experience come into play. We sold our flat through Central this year and we are so pleased we went with them. The MVP by far was Richard Maher, who was absolutely vital to our sale going through. Rich put in so much time and effort, he went above and beyond. He provided fantastic experienced advice to us throughout the entire process and counselled us when we were unsure how to proceed. He sometimes felt like our therapist. Trying to move home through Covid has been an unusually challenging experience. Rich has been there every step of the way to make it happen. He helped us navigate the uncertainty of lockdown, he quickly found us another buyer after a Covid-related pull out, he helped us secure the property we were now buying on the other side of Walthamstow.
