GoogleLauren Scripps was the best estate agent we have dealt with. She was helpful, easy to get hold of, friendly and really professional. She made the process of purchasing our new property. All of this during a pandemic and the lead up to the stamp duty holiday deadline. Thank you Lauren!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI don’t normally leave a review however I had to in this situation, we were previously on the market for 12 week with another agent in Walthamstow, who were supposedly the number 1 agents in the area, however they never gave any feedback and their communication was really poor, Ali introduced himself to me and with his persistence I decided to give him a try, we set up an open day in the first weekend, they managed to get more viewings than the other agent and sold it for higher than asking price, i would highly recommend kings, best agents I’ve ever worked with.

GoogleI don’t often like to leave bad review, but I feel I really have to warn people from this place. Agents Broklin Keqaj and Fay Said we’re completely unprepared about a flat they tried to sell me. They kept insisting about the fact that certain building-related restrictions on renting and reselling and others would not apply to me. I thankfully found out the truth from other parties and saved myself from a life-ruining commitment, but still wasting two months of time and lots of money. Do not trust this agency and I strongly suggest to stay away from it :(
Hello Camilla Thank you for your 5 star feedback! We wish you all the bets in your new home. Congratulations again. Kind Regards All the team at Kings Group, Walthamstow

GoogleDishonest communication and negotiation tactics - not the experience you want as a prospective, let alone first-time buyer. Ali was especially disappointing.
Dear Client I am very sorry to see you have changed your 5 star review to a 1 star review. I understand this is a consequence of unfortunately not being able to secure a mortgage offer. Our office have tried and tried to help you find an alternative lending solution but at this time we have been unsuccessful. We hope we can continue to work with you and have more success in the future. Should you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact me on the following Email; reviews@kings-group.net Kind Regards Kelly

Hello Mohammed, Thank you for taking your time to write your review. After looking into your comments with our Lettings Manager, I can see an Open Day was carried out where multiple applicants viewed the property and we would only take final and best offers given to us. Unfortunately another applicants offer was accepted by the landlord. We hope you find a property that is suitable for you and we will assist where we can.

GoogleThis company still continually harass me after I enquired about one property back in January. I made it clear after that I was no longer interested but they still call, email or text on different accounts I haven’t already blocked and have been told over and over I am NOT interested. Please do not enquire about any property through this company unless you are prepared to be hounded everyday by their whole sales team.

GoogleI had the pleasure of being shown three properties in Walthamstow by Ali. His expertise and knowledge of the area, especially the Wood Street vicinity, was evident from the get-go. Not only did he kindly drive me to the properties, but he consistently demonstrated a keen understanding of our needs. Ali's friendly, professional demeanour made the viewings enjoyable and informative. I truly appreciate his efforts and look forward to future collaborations.
