Recently sold my house in Walthamstow, A lovely young man Bryn made the process run faultlessly from start to finish , and I was very impressed with the way the sale was run , always kept up to date and quick action, so took a lot of the stress away. And he really helped me to get the best price for my house. Would definitely recommend!

Selling a house with Berkan was a great experience. He was professional and provided valuable insights on preparing my home for the market. His knowledge of the local market helped set a competitive price, and he communicated clearly throughout the process. When it came to negotiations, Berkan was strategic, ensuring I got the best deal. Overall, I highly recommend his services for anyone looking to sell their home.

BEST LETTING EXPERIENCE | How Gabriel and the Team at Kings Lettings Walthamstow Secured Our Dream Home ✨

This is day 3 in our new home 🏠 in Walthamstow, and I am super excited and pleased to share my honest review about how amazing Gabriel ✨ and his team were in securing this 3-bedroom property for us. I can't thank them enough! I still remember the day I viewed my new home, amidst 10 other people. Despite such high demand, thanks to Gabriel, we managed to secure the property. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the process swiftly. He processed all our documents on the same day and submitted our offer, keeping me updated constantly Gabriel negotiated with the landlord to give us plenty of time to move conveniently, which took out a majority of our stress. Gabriel and his team of amazing people from Kings Lettings Walthamstow did a fantastic job, especially the admin team - Summer, Oliver, and others. I highly recommend Gabriel and Kings Lettings to everyone ⭐️💫

I want to say a big thank you to Tremaine who helped me get an amazing flat in Walthamstow. He not only was very efficient in getting back to all my questions and speeding up the process with the vendor but he was also so kind to show me the neighbourhood and the places around. The whole process happened very quickly and smoothly, I had no problems at all. Highly recommend! :)

We were initially with another Estate Agent and wasted almost 2 months with not even 1 viewing. When we switched over to King's Group we started getting lots of viewings and an early offer as well! Ahmet managed to get us above asking price and so far the sale is progressing well. Ahmet has been instrumental to our sale and always answered my queries swiftly. Thank you Ahmet & Team!

Fraudulent

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with them as I was misleaded by their testimonials. They're just opportunistic to buy houses in very small prices when people are in difficult situations. They manipulate people's helpless situations. I would never take any services from them in future.
