I recently had the pleasure of viewing a property with Berkan, the Turkish guy who guided me through the process. He was incredibly nice and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable. Berkan was very helpful, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights about the property. I felt well taken care of during the viewing, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly estate agent.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but our experience here was disappointing. My partner and I viewed a flat and spent a good amount of time emailing back and forth to put in an offer. After that we heard nothing. We followed up several times and still received no reply. We completely understand not being chosen for a property, but a quick email to let us know would have taken seconds. Being ignored by Gabriel after the time and effort we put in felt rude and unprofessional, and it's not how I'd expect an agency to treat prospective tenants.

I've been in touch with Rohman over the last couple of months looking for a property to buy and he's been absolutely brilliant. He has spent time getting to know and understand what I'm looking for and has been incredibly helpful when looking at a couple of properties about the pricing in the area, what to expect from certain types of properties, really proactive in sending me ones that he thinks would be good for me. Genuinely, I've found this to be quite rare in London that estate agents take the time to inform their clients and listen to them and Rohman was the total opposite, really knew his stuff and has helped me a lot. Would recommend him to anyone, particularly those buying their first property who are new to this whole thing! Thanks Rohman.

This is day 3 in our new home 🏠 in Walthamstow, and I am super excited and pleased to share my honest review about how amazing Gabriel ✨ and his team were in securing this 3-bedroom property for us. I can't thank them enough! I still remember the day I viewed my new home, amidst 10 other people. Despite such high demand, thanks to Gabriel, we managed to secure the property. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the process swiftly. He processed all our documents on the same day and submitted our offer, keeping me updated constantly Gabriel negotiated with the landlord to give us plenty of time to move conveniently, which took out a majority of our stress. Gabriel and his team of amazing people from Kings Lettings Walthamstow did a fantastic job, especially the admin team - Summer, Oliver, and others. I highly recommend Gabriel and Kings Lettings to everyone ⭐️💫

I had a fantastic experience working with Gabriel Amankwah as our letting agent. Gabriel went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect 1-bedroom flat to rent in Canning Town, specifically Sherrington Court. His promptness in addressing our inquiries and concerns made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Gabriel's expertise and dedication, we were able to secure a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend Gabriel Amankwah to anyone in search of a reliable letting agent who prioritizes client satisfaction.

My husband and I noted that Shawn's estate agent skills were professional, friendly, throughout the properties he showed us yesterday. He took the time to answer questions and shared relevant information about the property. It made the viewings feel relaxed rather than rushed. Moreover, his timekeeping was on point. Even though we're still deciding, the service from the first correspondence was appreciative.

I had an exceptional experience with Mr Joseph Chan regarding my mortgage. As a first-time buyer, I had numerous inquiries; however, he made the process highly efficient and stress-free. Communication was exemplary, and he secured a favourable interest rate for me. I strongly endorse Mr Joseph to anyone seeking a trustworthy and professional mortgage broker.

Had a wonderful experience with Hitesh Sharma, although me and my siblings decided in the end not go through with the mortgage due to us realising that we may not be ready at this time, He was extremely helpful and guided us through the process with clear explanations and great advice. His communication was proactive and is highly responsive, keeping us informed every step of the way until it was time for us to make the decision. I seriously would highly recommend reaching out to Hitesh sharma if you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mortgage broker. In future when I am fully ready for a mortgage, I will definitely be reach out to Hitesh as my broker as I was happy and satisfied with his 10/10 service! Thanks again for your help!

We moved into our flat in Feb, and Gabriel and the team have been the best estate agents we've both worked with thus far in London. No query is ever too small, and Gabriel is super kind and efficent, ensuring that our stressful move went smoothly, and any queries we've had since then have been rectified within the hour (such a rarity). The team pulled together all of our admin with only minimal input from us, which ensured our days weren't distrupted, and the property was ready for when we needed it. I would highly reccommend using King's Group (specifically this team) for anyone looking to move within East London. Thank you!

Took some house tours on a Friday afternoon just before closing hours and Saturday morning. Rohman, who showed me the properties on friday, was a brilliant guide. Super knowledgable on housing utilities and a great guy to chat with. Ali took me on some viewings on saturday. He was very well organised and didn't hesitate to set me up with all the resources I needed to make an informed decision. Ali was also an excellent conversationalist and a delight to view properties with!

I would highly recommend the kings office in Walthamstow. The team were great. I dealt with a nice guy called Bryn. He was very supportive through, what I find, is a stressful situation of buying a property. He was very helpful and answered my all my questions (I had many). What I liked most about Bryn and the team there was their honesty and they always made me feel they had actually listened to me and my requests, which I’ve found does not happen in some other agents I’ve used in the past.

A good company to go to when buying your first home. Really great customer service. Thank you to Rohman for all his help with finding a good place to live in Walthamstow. Even though we didn't end up selecting a property in E17, he went that extra mile to put us in touch with another colleague at a different branch.

I was way for a couple of months .my partner did the viewings.he was told to wait downstairs as is custom..we had about 5 viewings. When I came back I realised my jewellery box was gone a cartier pen and boxes of perfumes. All together about 12 k.worth. the jewellery was in my wardrobe. When my partner went up the doors were still open. I know that sometimes viewers open cupboards and wardrobes. A family of about six came around looking at everything. I can't say it was them of course .I went to kings in the high street and told someone there. I never even received a call back. Has anybody else had a similar experience?I'm not saying it was a staff member or anything BTW. But how easy is it for strangers to look around your personal space and have a perfect opportunity to take whatever they see.
