Highly recommend Joseph Chan! As a first time buyer who knew nothing about the process, the support I received from Joseph was invaluable. He took the time to explain every single stage in great detail and patiently answered all of my questions. Joseph was super responsive and always available whenever I needed reassurance or clarity. I was kept up to date throughout the entire application with regular check-ins, making the whole experience feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Joseph was so positive throughout the process and shows genuine care for supporting his customers through the process. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone, especially fellow first-time buyers!

Thank you Joseph, for guilding me through the process of buying my first home. The process wasn't something I was very familiar with, so I definitely needed someone who would take me through the steps and make it as easy as possible. You have always been there, no matter my question, replying quickly, no matter what time of the day, making everything as smooth and easy as possible by explaining my options and giving me great advice at each stage. I feel I have a strong, established working relationship with you, which has been built up through the time and effort you've put in. I know we will continue to share through the future I would definitely recommend Joseph to anyone. Thanks again. Daniel.

We dealt with Joseph the mortgage broker who works out of kings group Walthamstow. I have used quite a few different mortgage brokers in the past but the level of service from Joseph was way above anything I have experienced before. Joseph was available 7 days a week and his attention to detail and professionalism are second to none.

I worked with Michael on buying my first property and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process very patiently. There's a good chance it might have fallen through at various stages had Michael not put in the work to get it back on track. He's a big asset to the company and would recommend him to anyone!

Had a good experience with King's Estate Agents. They were constantly finding 3-4 buyers to review the property each week. Daniel and his team gave regular updates, informative and gave opinions on the best options. All members were very courteous and considerate. Cynthia.

Buying your very first home is an incredibly complicated and stressful process, filled with endless paperwork, uncertainty and emotional highs and lows. Going into this, my partner and I were incredibly nervous but Joseph completely changed the game for us. From our very first conversation, Joseph empowered us to buy with confidence. He provided a complete, all-round service and truly "held our hands" through every single stage of the journey. He took all the stress out of dealing with lenders, decoding complex paperwork, and navigating the unknown. What sets Joseph apart is just how incredibly hands-on he is. He works quickly, communicates with absolute clarity, and always acts entirely in his clients' best interests. Thanks to his genuine care and dedication, what could have been an overwhelming experience became a smooth, informed, and successful milestone. We are now happily getting the keys to our first home, and we absolutely could not have achieved this without him. If you are looking for a trusted mortgage broker to guide you from start to finish, do yourself a favor and speak to Joseph!

We had a pleasant experience dealing with Kings for the sale of our home and the purchase of a new property. Nlandu and Dan were particularly helpful through the whole process, especially when potential buyers dropped out in the first instance. Nlandu is easily the best sales executive we have come across.
