Absolute scammers. Do not give these people any money, they are refusing to return my deposit after breach of contract. Make excuses, and lie about getting the flat ready. Full of black mould, dirt and now refusing to return my money. Keep changing between 2 company names. Shayan, Roberto, Natalia and Paris. Awful liars, with a nice dose of rudeness. Now taking legal action, informing council and media.

Worst people on the planet earth. Non professional and extremely rude (if you are from non-white background). It's better to be homeless instead of renting home from these people. Also they lack basic skills of business communication (agent won't attend your call or reply to your texts). 1 star is just too much, they deserve minus 10.

We had sold our house in harrogate and views with belvoir a property on Harlow moor drive.It was disgusting and the communication from belvoir was non existent .No follow up from viewing,no details on the property,trying to organise viewings were chaotic,overall try and rent from another agent.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Called me only to give me verbal abuse. I left a review stating this and she replied to it being just as rude and impolite. So 0 if possible, what a disgusting way to conduct business. Not one question just shouting straight away, didn't want to speak or enquire what happened.

Terrible company to let from. They don't care if your house is full of damp. I rented a property in Sunderland and damp became a big issue in every room. So glad I found somewhere clean and decent. 100% just for the money.

GoogleSold my house via connells and there sales pitch was excellent sadly the experience did not match up. It always felt like they were on the side of the buyer in negotiations and the communication from them was awful. They failed to send paperwork to there own conveyancing firm for weeks further delaying the sale. I wish I had gone elsewhere to sell.
