My desperate need a for a property to let, led me to Connells Walsall, and it was an absolute please working with them. Hayley was my point of contact and walked me through a few viewings which weren't successful but what impressed me the most was that she was able to gather a sense of what I was looking for without me having to explain it, just by what I disapproved of in the failed viewings. She highlighted a property she thought would be perfect for me before it was even listed, and now she's been great in assisting to the process completed. So I'm grateful for how she's made the whole experience a pleasure given that, I've had some poor experiences so far in trying to find a place to let (didn't expect it would be so difficult). Gold star for Connells Walsall and Hayley in particular!

Absolutely brilliant!

We can't praise the staff at the Morley office highly enough. Lynn was our first contact at valuation and was brilliant in helping us sell at the right price and walk us through the contract and process. They are reasonably priced and all through our sale they have been fantastic. Of particular note was Melanie Domanech, who gave us sound advice and a no nonsense, honest approach, even helping us out with difficulties arising outside of the estate agents remit. She was just brilliant - can't praise them enough. Thanks so much Ladies- you are stars.

Even not 1 star. Our first home from belvoir. Amy was a wonderfull person and i stay 2 years in the same house and some months i paid my rent even earlier. 5 months ago we want to move out and we think that we know them and we agreed with them again for another apartment. But this time they made everything to made me crazy. My daughter tried to fix everything all her alone and they can't help ,even they made worst . They said we have to choose our energy provider and we did and paid and after 3 months they said we need to pay another energy provider another amont! £1200 unbeliavable!!!!!! They always called , mailed and wanted to come to house for check. Even water tank doesn't worked for weeks. Finally i called renters act. Never ever get house from them. Never!!!

Stay away if managing your rental

Stay away. Unprofessional, ghosting managing agents when you need something from them. Weeks to respond if you need something, pray works better. Problematic communication with the landlord or so they said. Hot water not working, thank god I had a baby and EON put me on emergency, else nothing would happen. Worst experience was the deposit reclaim after the end of tenancy. Jennifer of Watford was deliberately hard to reach and ghosted us. At least we got away.

Got an incredibly tailored service from Neelam Sharma in the Mortgages department. Walked me through every step of the process as a first time buyer and would regularly check in during the house buying process with updates and cheaper products on offer. She even helped me to negotiate the sale price of the property. Neelam is fantastic. Very efficient moving at pace even during her out of office hours. Was well impressed with how quickly she responded getting her research on a property am now buying done and advising me on the offer to put in all on a day she was off work thats some dedication. No waiting around couldn't be happier. Great advice going through the mortgage process with again no time wasted explaining everything thoroughly even when offering add on products of insurance.
