Untrustworthy, Unprofessional, Disrespectful, Always with attitude and Rude! Do NOT use them at all! Also breached the contract just because! TRASH

The worst agency you could ever pick! We rented an apartment with them on February 2019. We had to contact the landlord to communicate any issues and find resolutions as they would never, ever be professional and help us, as tenants! They even left us without a fridge for 3 WEEKS to only find out they hadn’t even ordered one for replacement and we had to contact the landlord to resolve it! Absolutely disrespectful and with attitude every time we called them (2-3 times per year)! Also, now they do NOT release our deposit which as per the contract we meant to have back 10 working days after moving out (moved out on the 13th of October). They are untrustworthy, unprofessional, disrespectful, always with attitude and in general garbage! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE CONNELLS in walsall!!! If you are looking to sell or let your property go ELSEWHERE!! save your money and time. Find a well respected agent who can give you a PERSONAL management service. Amanda and Sally are forcefully in getting you to sign paper quickly without allowing you time to read through it, when question them they give you misleading information verbally, then lie to you. Please MAKE SURE every single communication is documented via email!! everything thing they inform you is misleading and they act illegally. oh yes Amanda! - you mentioned via our call conversation that once the photo's have been taken and house has been sold. I would be refunded the money back and then you lie by saying that you didn't say it... interesting. you look good in a suit but your nothing behind it!! i am a key-worker and you robbed me. I found it interesting how you and Sally/Ben can say that you have earned your wage by selling my house. I did all the chasing around/ filling forms out and you just advertised my house for 4.5k or did you charge us more because we were ASIAN!! ! You/Sally/Ben are a disgrace to your company and your country!! complete embarrassment!! I have rented property out for about fourteen years, and have found the service given here, particularly by Tehmina Kossir to be outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble and questions are answered quickly and honestly. The personal touch and professionalism are both so sadly lacking in today’s society but here I found it. Initially impressions were pleasant, until I had an issue. I rented a property with a faulty boiler. After (an apparently) gas safe engineer attended the property, a couple of hours after myself and 2 children were evacuated for a gas leek. It then took 4 weeks of me chasing both the landlord and agency to get a new boiler fitted, leaving me with no water or heating in winter! I was fobbed off so many times i become so frustrated I challenged the manager Lee Nunn and expressed concerns that i should be able to stay in a hotel and take the charge off my rent, to which he responded "you are obviously not happy with the property, we can look at ended you tenancy early". Absolutely disgusted with this company and i will warn anyone i can to stay away from you!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I agree with these letting agents

I agree with these letting agents, I have been living in a property since last 2 years and finally purchased a property and trying to move in because I was in rolling contract and I have informed them on Oct 7th where I will vacate on Nov 15. They say my contract is from 3rd of every month. And asking me to pay to Dec 3rd.Ridiculous people. During the whole of pandamic I received no supported. I made regular payments still very hungry for money.I really have very low regards for them. Thanks,Raj

Complete liars

Avoid this company if you are a prospective tenant as they are underhand in the way they set up viewings. They will not be transparent and have no qualms about telling you bare faced lies on the true situation. Would never trust this unprofessional company with anything.

Belvior - Outstanding Performance

Belvior we’re marvellous. They provided a valuation for Probate within a day, and kept in touch continually through the arduous process of getting Probate approval. They gave good advice and managed the whole sale process for us, sending many viewings our way. At times they knew more about what was going on than the Solicitors had told us which was really useful. The sales team are efficient and very proactive which made everything so easy for us. James acts nice on the outside but isn’t really. He then gets his staff to call you every couple of weeks with problems with your house which I never had & then after 8ths of renting it out. I moved back & had no problems. I have nothing to thank this company for.

Worst people ever. Almost tried to scam me and keep my deposit after not getting a dirty, mould infested flat cleaned. Not sure where they employ their staff from, but delboy would be proud. Paris Winfield, Shayan Roosta, Natalia Lis, Nick Kirby, seem all in competition to be the most dishonest incompetent scammer. They all deserve recognition. Kept sending me bills for rent for months, though I never moved in. Lost count of their deceptions and incompetence.

Worked with tam at Connellst to let a flat out. I called her at 10 am.. She viewed it at 11am and she phoned me at 2pm saying she let it out!!! Maxium rent with a professional tenant. Absolutely disgusting letting agency

Absolutely disgusting letting agency! The owner of the Tynedale Hexham franchise John Redden canceled or more fittingly stole our viewing slot and give it to "someone else from our file"! When I telephoned to complain the owners attitude on the telephone was appaling, argumentative and at times offensive. When I challanged that this was wrong & unfair I was rudely told he "didn't have to please anyone, only his landlords!" This man is the single worst person I have ever spoken to on the telephone and to underhandedly rob myself, girlfriend and 4 children of a viewing which was arranged days earlier I am lost for words. This agency operste unfairly and clearly have certain people in mind for there properties. They have a very poor review score online and deservedly so. I will never ever again look at or view a Belview property and if you are reading this review I strongly advise against giving this terrible company your time or effort.

Connells made our dreams come true! From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to/met with Ryan we were absolutely overwhelmed with the level of service and empathetic care we received. We had an extremely bad experience with Bairstowe Eve's who are a hopeless organisation and we were very reluctant on who to contact next in regards to selling our house. Ryan's empathy was second to none, we had viewings booked within a day and an offer less than 24 hours later! When passed on to the sales team we were always kept informed by Sally-Anne on a step by step basis and even went well out of her way to ensure everything was in order. By the time we were discussing completion the Pandemic Covid 19 struck us and even during lockdown the way the area director Joanne Richards managed to guide us to completion was a miracle in itself! Superb level of service through and through, would definitely recommend Connells and their super team over Bairstowes or anyone else any day! Appalling experience

Appalling experience, I am happy that it did happen before renting. A viewing was arranged with someone with Gmail account, I went to see the flat and waited for 20 minutes, no call no apologies nothing. I called the agent and after 5 attempts I managed to speak with a guys called Huseyin Nasif who said there was another appointment and he could only reschedule the viewing for next week. I wonder why the property is available since October.

Awful/No communication

We wanted to it an offer in on a house. We have had to call several times to make the offer. Been told 5 times someone will call me back and they never do. Finally got to make an offer and had to chase for an update several times. The communication is so poor we are looking to withdraw our offer (although we live the house) as the estate agent gives no confidence at all. If you want to sell your house then chose another agent. They are in love rush to accept offers

Appalling service, awful estate agent

I got a voicemail from Sue asking me to ring back. I did so and asked for Sue. They asked for my name and put me on hold. After 30 secs, they came back on line and asked for my name and the reason for the call. (!? Sue asked ME to ring back). After Sue had the decency to come to the phone, she said the property I enquired about is unsuitable for my purpose. She was rude and wasted my time. I do not recommend this pompous and time-wasting estate agency or Sue, an unprofessional, useless estate agent (as such as she calls herself).
