I'm a tenant in one of the property rented out by Bairstow Eves. I report about some repair issues ( plumbing and moulding) recently. I would like to thanks specially to Mr Jack Fraser ( property manager) who was dealing with my complain. He was really professional and responsive. The service was seamless and was such a great experience. He provided excellent customer service and helped and updated me through out via email and calls. The communication has been incridible. According to my experience I should say that all the staff were polite and fantastic. I definitely recomend Bairstow Eves to every one who interested to have a hastle free and a great experience of customer service.

I bought a house, and Bairstow Eves in Walsall was the selling agent. The branch staff were extremely efficient and went out of their way to progress the whole chain as quickly as possible. Stacey, the manager, went above and beyond to keep everyone informed and do everything within her power to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We cannot thank Stacey enough for all of her help with the chain we've had. The amount of calls and time she's dedicated to get us to a completion date is unbelievable. I seriously doubt we'd have got this purchase done without her help. Even more impressive is the fact that the issues we've had with the chain were nothing to do with the property that Hayley was responsible for selling, this was a pre-existing sale that was nothing to do with Bairstow. If you're looking for an estate agents to use, DO NOT use Baristow Eves. They are beyond useless and all they're bothered about is getting your money, I had to pay £625 in fees (I've paid £290 at others so why on earth it's that much is beyond me) for them to then tell me I wasn't getting the house without a reason, then when I wanted a refund I was given excuse after excuse and kept getting fobbed off, trying to give me other disgusting houses that didn't meet any of my criteria (horrid areas, filthy houses, not enough bedrooms, too far etc) why ask what my requirements are if you're going to ignore them! Anything so they can keep the money, no one bothered to keep me informed with my application or refund. A special mention to Laura at the Walsall branch who tells you she is calling back in 2 minutes and then apparently falls off the face of the earth for days at a time and can't be contacted. Also Kiran I think she was called who is one of the most rude, patronising people I've encountered but then most of the team I've spoken to are, they are all extremely unprofessional. I would never waste my time using this company ever again. I assumed they would be a decent company as it is a well known brand which is why I went with them but apparently not! After looking into them I've seen so many bad reviews about them, this just goes to show that you need to research before you commit to anything and I've certainly learnt my lesson from this.
