Couldn’t recommend Sarah Collins enough as your mortgage advisor! She is the kindest person and will always listen to your needs to get the best deals and help you throughout the whole process (as a first time buyer who is clueless, she was a massive help for us!) This is such a hard time to buy but Sarah has really been a godsend at getting us through it all right up until getting our keys she is there to help. Also the whole of the Bairstow Eves team at walsall have been so lovely and helpful whenever we had questions. Would 100% recommend to anyone ❤️

Well I have been completely blown away by the professionalism and genuine good human nature of the following staff. Kylie, Meg and Ben. Ben started the experience by getting my surname correct first time! Meg is so accurate with information!! Kylie stole the show by advising me sincerely, showing great patience and tenacity to find me a property that suited my needs. The team come highly recommended!!! 5 star service indeed!

My experience in finding a place to move in Walsall was very difficult but they were able to help and it seems that they have a good standard for their listings which I found very important. The team at Bairstow Eves Walsall were great in the selling of our house and helping us in the search to find a new one. Even when we had an offer accepted on the new house the team helped us in making sure our sale and purchase were smooth and efficient. Contacted these guys back in February about a property. Lady advised I get my mortgage in principle through them, I said I would rather not. She then said she would speak to home owners and get back with a viewing time. Didn’t hear anything. I called again yesterday about the same property. Apparently it might now be under offer, she just needed to confirm. I was just about to join a meeting and asked if she could call me back in 30 mins to confirm if it was available or not. She promised and I’ve heard nothing. I called in relation to the 4 bed in West Bromwich on Oak Road. This really is a joke of an estate agent. Feel free to call me back.
