Best Estate Agents in Walsall by a country mile! Just completed on my third property sold through Bairstow Eves Walsall. They are diligent, hardworking and very professional. My advice would be forget all the others, if you want a sale at the best price quickly, go Bairstows! They are actively looking for buyers and will quickly match buyers and sellers together, not just sitting around waiting for buyers to come through the door like other agents. Always available to do viewings too! Stacey and her team always do me proud! Well done again!!

Staff at the Walsall branch seem happy to help and were very friendly whenever we visited. Our Mortgage Broker, Sarah was excellent to work with and helped us quickly get a mortgage sorted with the best price on the market at the time. During that time, rates were going up on a weekly basis so she secured us an offer we were happy with. Not only that, she was also prompt in answering other questions we had and got the right people involved where escalations were required. We feel Sarah was key in raising our issues early on which eventually led to all stakeholders collaborating. Many thanks to Sarah and all involved in the purchase of our home.

My boyfriend and I have had nothing but trouble working with this letting agency. When trying to call them I had to repeat call around 16 times before someone answered. We put a holding deposit on a rental property which was then "taken off the website". We passed all credit checks and had references from our employers to prove our income. This was done very quickly, we were pressured to get this done ASAP as the landlord wanted someone in the property before the end of the month. A week followed and we didn't hear anything. An ad for property reappeared on the company's website and zoopla, however we hadn't been contacted and were very confused. I called them (took 12 calls) and spoke to Ben who had no idea what was going on with the property and only said "we're negotiating with the landlord". Another 3 days passed with no news and finally I managed to contact Meg who was the agent we had the initial viewing with. She informed us that the landlord had pulled out and offered us a far more expensive property which we refused. Meg assured us that as it was an issue with the other side we would receive our holding fee back. Over two weeks later and we are still waiting for our holding deposit after being told we would recieve it by Friday. We're unable to contact anyone at the office as calls are cut off after one ring. Avoid using this company for rental properties. It's not worth the hassle.

One word for Bairstow eves is EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!. All I did was veiw the house I wanted, submit the necessary information and relaxed while they did all the paper work. 1. The agent that met us from day one was so nice and patient. Zionah Matthew made it easy cause she was always available to answer any questions we must have had. She is an angel! 2. Bairstow wves as a company is very prompt in picking their calls and I really appreciated that cause it made me less anxious. What can I say from start to completion the team have been excellent. Kate came out to complete the valuation and was extremely professional and gave us all the advise we needed with no pressure to sell. The Pictures were amazing by Paul and truly reflected the property. Then it was over to the team, Stacey and the team were excellent marketing the house and getting a really quick sale. The team then supported the process and kept us updated as and when any information became available. They liaised with solicitors and the whole chain seamlessly and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. Not only were the team professional they were also like friends and made us feel confident we were in great hands and always there to answer any questions we had or find out if they did not know and get back to us promptly.
