Absolutely amazing service from Meg. I was unable to go view the property I was interested in due to work commitments but Meg was able to send me a full video of the property which I could make my decision on. I didn’t end up going through with the property due to personal issues but Meg was very understanding and supportive. Amazing service and would definitely use again in the future when needed

Their customer service is very nice. Stacey, Kate, Louie, Molly, and everyone who dealt with my house sale were all very kind. My sale went through very smoothly. They found me a good and serious buyer in just 1 month and we sold in 5 months. I would definitely recommend it. Thank You Stacey and Team for supporting us every step of the way, with the purchase of our new home. Stacey was available to answer our questions and any documents we were uncertain about, were printed and explained in-branch. All of the staff we came across when visiting the branch were humble and happy to help. There were no long waiting times. If we dropped in unexpectedly, Stacey provided the same level of service with a smile. We used Bairstowe Eves Mortgage Advisor, Qadeer, who explained everything clearly and was great to interact with. Also used Countrywide Solicitors and the process from Mortgage Offer to Completion was swift, having used everything in-house, it did prove to be beneficial.

Corey Carrington-Smith manages the house and is very professional and efficient in helping ensure necessary repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely manner.
