⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, we had a very positive experience and are happy with the service we received throughout our house purchase. A special thank you to Preetkamal Johal, who was incredibly helpful at the beginning of the process. She arranged our viewings efficiently, communicated clearly and made everything straightforward from the start. We would also like to thank Molly Simmonds for all her support throughout the transaction. She was patient, professional, responsive to our emails and kept us updated during what became quite a long and stressful process. Her reassurance and dedication were greatly appreciated. The only downside was that it was often very difficult to reach the office by phone. There were days when we called repeatedly without getting through, although emails were answered much more promptly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received and would like to thank the whole team for helping us through the process. We truly appreciate all your support and wish you all the best.
