Tim Jones, Senior Executive Mortgage & Protection Consultant, Countrywide Mortgage Services, went above and beyond to assist us with our house move. Tim has arranged my partner’s mortgages and insurance policies for over 12 years so we were in no doubt to ask him for our joint venture. Tim finds the best products to meet our needs, keeps positive and honest communication and is friendly along with it too. Our house purchase did not run smoothly but despite not being part of his role, Tim kindly chased estate agents and kept the solicitor updated as well as ourselves. We have every confidence in Tim and would fully recommend to anyone.

We used for the Mortgage advisor service and honestly Wow Sarah is literally a lifesaver well house saver. She was always so positive and bubbly on the phone honestly a pleasure to talk to even when I was stressing. She kept us up to date, really helpful. Had a great service from Sarah the mortgage advisor, and we were recommended her by a family member. We were neck and neck against another seller to purchase the house and it all depended on the mortgage in principle speed... and sarah turned it around and enabled us to secure the purchase. I was concerned about using countrywide as its a very big company and I thought they might not have that much of a personal service ... however I couldn't have been further from the truth with sarah!
