Sarah and Tim are the best mortgage advisors I have ever worked with. Superbly organised, great communicators and they really listened and solved my problems. Super cheerful too. I have named them both because between lockdown/covid and illnesses they have been a seamless team. Whilst working from home they have worked very long hours and have always been available, probably more effective for me than when they were in the office. A huge thank you.

Had a appointment to a view a property on yew tree road 8:30 am in the morning on Saturday 21st November. The estate agent failed to turn up we waited outside then was told by the house owners son in law she is busy showing another property. He had to call his wife who then had to call her. They were also not informed. Ridiculous. No call was made out to us to let us know if we could turn up later. This is very unprofessional and very poor customer service. You dont double book your clients then fail to let them know. The son in law had to let us in and we then viewed the property 25 mins into appointment still no phonecall was made out to us. Disappointed with bairstows. We have viewed properties with many other big estate agents and had an amazing customer service with marion and co, connels, and the great move outstanding service from them. Scrolling down and looking at all the poor reviews I think a new sales team is needed here.

Don't recommend anyone whether it's sales or lettings. Once they have your money they are not bothered. Service is appalling. Looking for a new agent. You will have to keep ringing as they will hardly answer the call and when You leave voicemails or emails for any emergency they will only reply as per there convenience. If you're lucky when they answer the call, the only statement they kept repeating is " Due to pandemic we are short of staff we will take your message and get back to you" and they will never get back to you. If you have a lot of money and time to waste then sure go to them. Just want to add last point, except for Louisa in there team no one will try to help you so can't say anything wrong about Louisa. I am not sure if she is still working there.
