Recently returned to Bairstow Eves for the sale of our property and couldn't fault them. Always answered our calls/ emails promptly and when our sale fell through they found a new buyer the same weekend! They might not be as cheap as purple bricks but they're worth every penny (this is 2nd property they've sold for us and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.) Sarah the mortgage advisor is also a credit, she promised me being self employed during covid wouldn't stop her getting me a mortgage and not only did she deliver but she reassured me all the way through the sale and purchase... saving me from many meltdowns. Thanks guys, keep up the great work

It is the second time I have used Bairstow Eves, Walsall. They provide an excellent service during which every call was answered and they will always get back to you regarding every query you may have. They are knowledgable enough to anticipate any issues and guided me through the processes of selling our house. Sales progression team are amazing and not once has anyone at the firm tried to dodge answering any calls for service. This has got to be the worst agency in the whole of the UK. Professionalism =0, enthusiasm=0, lying=100. I've moved to my apartment last summer with a private landlord and after a few months the place got brought by a new landlord who hired Bairstow Eves in Walsall to deal with the tenants. Ever since we tenants have to rely on Baristow Ewes for support in emergencies, we have been left out. All the neighbours have major problems in their apartments, problems that are illegal and dangerous and despite this the agency refuses to move their fingers. From the way they on the phone in the office the odd occasion they pick up the phone, they sound like a bunch of kids with huge ego's. I've had water leaking from the roof for over a year, I've had no central heating and hot water in the middle of winter for over a month, ever since the agency came the rubbish in the area has started building up because the agency does nothing about it. Anytime the agency sends people to carry out some sort of maintaince, they send some of the worst handymam who never have a clue about what to do. The agency is always sending letters to the flats here about how they are working on fixing all the issues and the irony is they cannot even spell in their official letters which is full of spelling mistakes which don't seem much but it does show you dealing with. My advice, stay as far as from Bairstow Eves in Walsall because they have no moral standards and will leave you in deep trouble with no help.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I've been left without central heating and hot water since the 1st of October and it's been like a full time job calling the agency only to repeat the same old robotic responses. 'Oh we are sorry there is nothing we can do, the landlord has to sort it out'. It literally takes 2 minutes for the landlord to get a plumber down or someone but instead the agency have messed me around for over 3 weeks now. No heating, no hot water, which are emergencies and the by law should be fixed within 48 hours and this agency is giving me nothing but empty promises, 99% of the time they don't even pick up the phone.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Selling our Mothers property due to her moving into residential care not easy but with Bairstow Eves help, made it more bearable. Had 16 viewings within two weeks of contacting them, and 4 firm offers, If it wasn't for the Covid lockdowns everything would have been sorted within around 12 weeks, this has now taken around 5 to 6 months, but everything went through without much fuss, I would recommend them again. Very low level of customer service and lack of communication within the branch and colleague's. I've been chasing some money which suppose to transferred to me, it's been almost 5months I have not had my money dispersed to yet. I have called on many occasions to the branch but still have not been resolved the matter, a staff member named Sammy has took on my inquiries for the last 5 months and still has not come to a conclusion. Every time I call she says Im just waiting on the administrator to release the money, it's been 5 months that's all I have been gearing from Sammy. I have no choice this week but to take legal action to get my £550 of money which I am entitled to. Overall a very unprofessional company. I advise anyone not to rent there house out this company, very quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to give you the money back nor that basic costumer service.

Sorry I got to share my review I've been I my property since june 2020 I have to move out because my dad been diagnosed with a stomach aneurysm and he was my moms carer so I need to be their for them I use to communicate with sib or was beautiful I had a numerous of people looking round my house last week but on Saturday morning woken up poorly with sore throat so I explained I was waiting for covid test but she was very rude and said you don't understand van coming Tuesday morning I did explain and said I can't help being poorly she been ringing me all day today and my daughter and son I understand she wants commission for sales rentals ect I've worked in estate agents my self but I'm not happy with the way she as treated me very rude
