Also anytime I wanted to contact her she was easily contactable via phone or email to deal with my queries. I was a first time buyer as well and everything was explained in so much detail. To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Lisa Brookes.I would recommend anyone looking for good customer care, attention to detail and a professional and personalised experience to Lisa. An amazing listener which was duly noted as Im quite literal and very black and white person. She understood my position thus far and how I was not happy or satisfied.
