I had an apartment which I hadn't been able to sell and had tried several of the Estate Agents in Aldridge as that seemed the obvious place due to my location. A friend suggested I tried an agent in Walsall and recommended Bairstow Eves. I'm glad he did, Stacey came to see me and was confident she could sell it for me and I knew she would, she was so positive. The flat sold within three weeks at the price I wanted as well. To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.
