GoogleBuying a house is incredibly stressful - Paul Graham were so helpful, professional, communicative and helpful. I dealt with a lot of estate agents over this time of house hunting. They were the top of the pops. I highly recommend them.

GoogleTeam is not helpful, if you ask for viewing they will ensure that you must put an offer, if you say that you didn't like the house then they said why didn't you read the details earlier. Sometimes you would like to view the house if things are not in your favour. Bad experience. Sometimes you need to look the property to find out the option if there is any option for extension, seems team is not happy to show you the property. They never mentioned in the one property that there is no lift and property is at 3rd floor then I rejected. If I booked the appointment to ensure I have appointments for the property and cancel out a day before if I think this is not the property and let other use the time slot still it's a concern for them. They were forcing like anything then I asked if you want you can remove me from your list then they immediately removed. That's how they do with their customers. Very Bad experience...

Having investigated your exchange with our company, I conclude that firstly there was and never is any pressure on you to make an offer and that it is entirely your choice to do so or not. In addition, after advising us of your requirements and your ‘must haves’ you requested to view a property which clearly did not fit your remit. We respectfully pointed this out to you and you still insisted on viewing the property, to which we arranged for you. After viewing, you decided not to take it further as it did not fit your specific requirements. Again, we respectfully suggested that it is worth you looking in more detail before booking a viewing to avoid wasting your own time. As requested, we have now removed you from our database and wish you well in your search for a new home.

GoogleIll be frank, I hate dealing with estate agents, however this is one of the few places I would go back to. This is the 2nd time I've asked them to sell my home outlining the price I wanted (a reasonable one) to which they were able to sell both times within a week. The branch manager in particular is very straight talking and knowledgeable which cuts out the car salesman feel that I have found with other estate agents, very professional, how it should be when selling your home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMe and my partner purchased our first property through Paul Graham back in 2016... fast forward to now and they have just sold it for us for an amazing price, the service was flawless from start to finish. Each and every one of the ladies are professional, knowledgable, always happy to help if the other is unavailable. Beautiful, friendly service without that faceless corporate setting we have received from other high st agents previously. Greg came to see us when we were worse for wear after losing out on a buyer when we foolishly instructed another agent who promised us the world.. he came in, gave us honest and achievable appraisal and assured us they would sell it- which they did. They even had the courtesy to take our newborn babies schedule into consideration when conducting viewings and always, always asked how we the baby was doing at the start of every call :) Then comes along the wonderful Jacqui.. what a woman.. we cant thank her enough for all that she has done for us. We never ever had to chase for an update, she is always one step ahead, always has the answers, always on the other sides tail. This time around she took it one step further and even chased up our onward purchase through another agent just to help us out because it was going nowhere fast which she doesn’t get paid for, nor did she need to but she did it anyway! GoogleMy whole experience with Paul Graham was excellent right from the start. The deal they offered was the most favourable and they were incredibly helpful and professional at all times. They worked round my rather unusual work schedule with great consideration and handled any difficult client situations with great aplomb...i really couldn't have asked for more. GoogleFor those in the Wallington area, beware the estate agents who over-promise and appallingly under-deliver, or not deliver at all. Not so Paul Graham Estate Agents, who were a breath of fresh air following an awful experience with another local agent. For a super-competitive commission rate, I received a premium service; right from the initial valuation, viewing appointments, viewings (all accompanied by Paul Graham), to exchange of contracts and completion, Paul Graham were faultless. I could not have hoped for a better team of people to handle my sale. Shame I wasted a few months with another bunch; do not make the same mistake if you can avoid it. I enthusiastically recommend Paul Graham Estate agents should you live within the areas they cover.

GoogleAm absolutely thrilled that Paul Graham sold our property extremely quickly. They were instrumental in seeing the sale through with efficiency and professionalism. Have only ever used them and wouldn’t consider any other agent. They price sensibly and fairly, follow through sales with great precision and ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible. Their staff are highly experienced and experts in this field. Other agents overprice and do not get the same results. Paul Graham are the best by far! Can highly recommend.

GooglePaul Graham acted efficiently and professionally plus kept me well informed as to the progress, as well as passing valuable comments from prospective purchasers. The property I had employed them to sell was difficult due to falling within the "warden assisted retirement range" but their efforts proved effective eventually. Paul Graham staff appeared to be only too pleased to accept any of my suggestions, together with me accepting their professional advice during the selling period. I would recommend the services of this organisation if required to do so. David Morton
