I recently sold my house (twice) with Paul Graham and could not be more impressed. From the first moment they were on point, great photos, brochure, lots of viewings. My first sale fell through as my wife and I took quite a while to find causing our buyer to withdraw, but Lisa and the team had us back under offer in under a week…! The communication and feedback was superb, we had feedback after every viewing along with a weekly call with a general market update. I was then handed over to their amazing dedicated Sales Progressor Jacqui who managed our sale and expertly navigated a long complex chain for nearly nine months. It almost fell apart several times and I’m convinced without Jacqui’s vast experience and expertise, it definitely would have. So incredibly grateful to all at PG, would highly recommend if you’re thinking of selling…

We are very happy with the exemplary service provided by Paul Graham, especially from Jacqui Bilham who has been absolutely outstanding. We were impressed right from the first valuation visit from Greg Kitson, as he had done a lot of research and demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of properties in the local area. As a result we feel the house was valued correctly compared to others. The viewings and communication were handled very well and we were happy to receive a few offers within a few weeks and accepted an offer which met the asking price. As we then focused our attention on searching for a property to buy, Greg and Jacqui were extremely helpful and honest in providing advice, guidance and reviewing properties before we made an offer. Leading up to exchange, which took a few months due to circumstances outside of Paul Graham’s control, Jacqui was a rock and the glue that held the chain together. She liaised with the other agents and solicitors in the chain regularly and kept us and our buyer in the loop throughout. Most importantly we really appreciate that we were never put under any pressure at difficult moments during the process, which can be the case with some competitors. I was a buyer from them in 2013, and a seller (2 bedroom flat) with them in late 2024. They were truly fantastic. Property valve sub £300k but felt like they were treating me with the courtesy I might expect of a home worth far more than that. Professional throughout and very transparent. They were an advocate for me as a seller, but kept buyers engaged. Indeed they were even shimmying along to onward purchase, which really was going above and beyond. The best estate agent I've ever used (and I've used a few). Realistic and achievable valuation backed by tangible evidence. Almost instantly found an appropriate buyer for our circumstances who had been properly vetted. The team are personable, easy to deal with and straight talking. Plus, very importantly, the follow up to progress the sale is outstanding - which is often an issue with some agents. High standards seem to apply across the whole team (I dealt with Greg, Mitzi, Jacqui and Tanya - all were excellent). If I sell another house I will be knocking on their door again.

We were very impressed with the professional and helpful efficiency of the Wallington branch of Paul Graham in all aspects of our house-selling process : from the very short time frame between their initial viewing and quotation to the Memorandum of Sale.
