I used Paul Graham to sell my flat and they were also the estate agent for the house I was buying. It was a long road to completion due to various issues along the way with my buyers and my solicitors but throughout the process Jacqui and Lisa worked really hard to keep me informed, provide advice and keep communication flowing through the chain in order to retain my onwards purchase. At times, what could have been stressful situations were handled professionally and quickly to ensure that everything progressed smoothly. It has been 30 years since we moved house and we were apprehensive about the whole process. Just completed a house sale as estate executor. I don't live locally and needed an agent I felt I could trust.I was also keen to appoint a local independent company who knew their market. Lisa came to view the property and gave the initial valuation for probate and kept in touch over the next few months giving support and advice without any pressure to market the property before I was ready.
