Laziest estate agents ever! Homeowners don’t use this agency if you want to sell your property at the best price. I’m a buyer and I’ve literally been hassling these agents to view two properties that I’m really interested in and nobody ever comes back to me. And the crazy thing is, one of the properties I’ve been trying to view (is still not sold) has now been reduced in price twice even though I’ve been wanting to view it and am a serious buyer. I wonder whether the vendors are aware that they are being told to reduce the price of their home but yet the agents are ignoring potential buyers who have expressed interest in viewing! Absolutely ludicrous. Never have I experienced a situation where the buyer has to hassle the estate agent. I certainly wouldn’t ever use them if I had a property to sell, after experiencing how inefficient and lazy they are from a potential buyers perspective

I would like to leave my disappointment with Cromwells. I contacted the agents because they had a house that fit what I was looking for, and after seeing the house I contacted by email the same day stating that I would like to rent the house, the next morning I called and said that I would like to rent the house, I waited for the contact of Mr. Martin all day, nobody called me, today 22/11/2019 again I called wondering about the house and was informed that the house had rented, without professionalism, without ethics, without respect for the client, they should give me a satisfaction, I felt a little prejudice for not being British. I had already attended the agency 2 weeks ago personally and after I left I realized that they had only noted my name, how would they contact me? Their criteria is the clothes someone wears? Because the money is the same, neither my profession nor my husband's was asked. Sad to see that even today people are judged, I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

The best estate agents I have come across ever and I’ve moved and bought and sold 8 times...I had three different estate agents in Wallington come and value my house and I just knew as soon as I met Samuel that I would be going with Cromwell’s.. compared to the other agents That came he was realistic and spot on with sale price.. he was also helpful and genuine and not pushy . Jaz, Mitzi and sally did a great job chasing up sale and we’re always so helpful, polite and courteous and most of all Genuine and we’re a pleasure to Work with. If I were selling again I would always go with. Cromwell's as you get a Five star service from all the staff there.. I wouldn’t bother with anyone else.

Exceptional service. Again. When I last moved house I sold through Cromwells and, having been impressed with the team and the service, had no hesitation in chosing them when I decided to sell again. And, if anything, the second time around the service was even more exceptional. My property was sold incredibly quickly and the team progressed the sale in an helpful and professional way and were throughly on the ball with every stage of the process. Everyone in the team that I dealt with was always helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend Cromwells.

Gutted as our seller pulled out due to delays, delays which we were not aware were a problem until the seller had already pulled out and it was too late. Had Cromwells of contacted us when the seller first expressed concern we could have communicated what was happening our end. Every contact we had with Mitzi she was rude and abrupt. She was keen to put the blame on us even though we were blissfully unaware of the apparent issues. We have been well and truly let down by Cromwells due to their lack of communication and will avoid looking at Cromwells properties to prevent something like this happening again. A few family members have also had problems with Cromwells in the past. ****Update in response from owner. We were clearly advised that the seller decided to stay put due to delays. Your response below is a blatent lie. My partner contacted you to arrange a viewing as he saw another property he really liked to which he received the reply of "We note that you that from your recent online review you have stated you would not like to view properties through us? Regards " I would've expected Cromwells to use this as an opportunity to put things right. Instead they just reiterated their lack of professionalism.
