This is the second time we've used Cromwells (we purchased last time, and have now sold), and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! All the way from the start of the valuation process, getting on the market, locking in a buyer, and chasing all the necessary parties, the whole team have really put the effort in without any grumbling and performing to an extremely high standard. Communication has been excellent, everyone really friendly and willing to take the time to explain what was going on at various stages of the process. Their knowledge of the rapidly changing market (specifically inflated prices causing mortgage offers to fall through) was excellent as well, and having all the info up front allowed us to list and sell at a fair market rate without any surprises. If you're considering buying one of their properties, or listing with Cromwells, don't think about it anymore... just do it!
