About Winterbrook Property Agents Wallingford
Wallingford's Independent family run Independent Property Sales & Letting agency. The sales and lettings team is led by Julian Walley and our Property Management Department by Debbie Walley both NFOPP members. We have been moving people from our Grade Two listed office in town since 1992. Importantly for our landlords and tenants our properties are managed from this office. We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. We have a simple philosophy 'we deal with customers and clients how we would want to be treated ourselves'. As a privately owned company we deal with our clients on a very personal basis and pride ourselves on a very personal customer service and attention to detail. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our national network of over 800 agents and an associated London office.

GoogleGreat service from these guys. Winterbrook have managed properties for me for a number of years. They have always been professional, friendly and helpful. New Tenants have been found quickly and any maintenance work effectively dealt with by their management team. My tenants have also been very happy dealing with them so the whole process has been easy and stress free. Highly recommended.

The sale of my property proved to be more complex and delicate than expected, but Winterbrook Estate Agents handled it very professionally and ultimately successfully. Their negotiation skills with the purchaser were top notch; at times the sale seemed at risk but they were able to 'pull it out of the fire'. Highly recommended with a relaxed and open style.

They also were flexible in arranging viewings and helpful in explaining the process and answering all our questions. I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling.

Daisy did a great job in keeping the pressure on towards the end to get things through as quickly as possible, and was always on the end of the phone to answer any queries throughout the process.
