Wallingford's Independent family run Independent Property Sales & Letting agency. The sales and lettings team is led by Julian Walley and our Property Management Department by Debbie Walley both NFOPP members. We have been moving people from our Grade Two listed office in town since 1992. Importantly for our landlords and tenants our properties are managed from this office. We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. We have a simple philosophy 'we deal with customers and clients how we would want to be treated ourselves'. As a privately owned company we deal with our clients on a very personal basis and pride ourselves on a very personal customer service and attention to detail. GoogleSlack and hard to communicate with. Left lots of messages to try and chase the progress of our chain, didn't receive calls back. They told us certain items were staying with the house but were not. Really poor, I would go out of my way to avoid using them again. They nearly single-handedly collapsed the chain.

They acted for us and dealt with a number of difficulties on our behalf with great success.. Were I to be selling again anything in this area I would go to them right away. Agents these days do not have a great reputation and that is in general a justified public opinion. What Lesters have demonstrated is that that somewhat old fashinioned principle of being straightforward, honest, factual and reliable as a selling agent saves time, money and worry and really does work, even today.

I found Lesters to be friendly and helpful all the way through what was an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating process due to a poor quality and unhelpful survey / surveyor. If not for Lesters continued support through the process i would have given up on the purchase. I have moved house seven times and I can honestly say that Lesters are the best estate agent I have used. The members of staff conducting the viewings were all friendly yet professional. From accepting an offer through to exchange of contracts they definitely went over and above any service I have previously received.
