GoogleI have bought and sold 2 houses with Bakewell and Horner and on both occasions I have found the staff to be very helpful. I was extremely pleased with the photographs taken and used to advertise my properties and the office staff, Victoria in particular went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. I would not hesitate to use Bakewell and Horner again in the future, excellent service.

Just completed sale of our house, couldn’t of done it without Victoria and the staff at Bakewell & Horner. They have taken “some” of the stress out of moving house. Communication is excellent, they dealt with solicitor’s from all sides to make it happen ( can’t say I am a fan of solicitor’s after this experience).

GoogleDon't waste your time with this agency if you have no guarantor, your rental application will not be processed! Even if you have are working full-time and you have savings to pay upfront rent, they will not bother with your application.

GoogleGreat experience with them! Rented a property through these guys, no hassle, always there to help! Would like to personally thank their staff member charlotte I believe her name was. Exceptional customer service and was there any time I needed something dicing she was right on it. Would highly recommended.

GoogleThis has to be the worst agency in the country. I dropped off the keys for them to value a property, 4 weeks later... no call, no response, no valuation. Absolutely abysmal, shocking and disgraceful service from an estate agent. To those in the lettings team, if it were your business, you wouldn't run it like this.

GoogleFelt unsupported , by the lettings department, following the departure of a bad tenant , one member of staff particularly minimised the damage to our property , have no confidence that they could fine a new decent tenant for us .

GoogleWell organised staff on both sales and rental side of the business at the main office Good in house maintenance team who are very considerate of people's property and belongings Also very clean and tidy with reasonable prices and very prompt service As property management agents they lead the local market
