Thank you for your review. We find this to be completely unfair. Firstly, we often advise of prcies to our clients and give them an option on pricing, after all, our job is to get our client the best price, not too undersell a property. As a firm of chartered surveyors, we work with the banks and offer independent surveys, in fact we are the only surveyors in Wallasey. Our stats are clear with over 97% of our clients achieve the asking price or more. The price of a property is what someone is prepared to pay. Having been in the business as a company for over 86 years we feel we give good advice on a selling strategy. Apologies if this is not how you understand property pricing however, if you would like to arrange a visit to the office we would be pleased to listen to your valuation methods and discuss how we can improve our valuations, our doors are open for you and we look forward to meeting with you personally.

GoogleOrdered messy Mexican chicken on sizzling platter... onions cold and not sizzling...I very small spoonful of chilli beef... no grated cheddar or fajitas spiced corn as stated on menu... whole meal very dry and disappointing... bar staff were friendly though.

GoogleLetting team were great from day one helped us massively, Lucy and Anthony got us into our property within days couldn't recommend this enough !!
