From viewing the property to getting the keys, any questions that we had were answered as soon as humanly possible Gill, Anthony and Steve were always happy to help, if that was something as small as lending a pen or speaking to landlord to see if we could move some things in a little earlier than our planned move in date, I'd say I'll be happy to go again bit we're happy where we are at the moment and hope we can stay for a while! Charlotte and the team is by far the best, her customer service is second to none, they listen and make sure we get the service we need thats right for us. I've recommended them to family and friends who share the same view. We have tried other estate agents and they don't compare in quality, friendlyness, welcoming atmosphere in a bright well presented clean and modern shop, a storefront that is a cornerstone in Wallasey I remember even as a child. GoogleWe own a small number of buy to let properties in Wallasey and we have always used Bakewell and Horner to locate suitable tenants for us and handle the inventory checks etc.
When we had a tenant unexpectedly leave one of our houses at short notice. Under the circumstances of this departure and our worry about finding suitable tenants, we decided to sell the property, but the sale had to be completed by the end of the financial year.
Russ, the Director, attended the house where we outlined our plans and what we required. Russ gave us advice about what decoration we should do or not do and gave the house a realistic value, rather than an inflated price. The house was put on the market and very quickly we had a large number of viewers, all dealt with efficiently by the Sales Team at Bakewell and Horner. Within a short space of time, we had an offer and the staff kept us informed as they progressed the sale along to be completed four days before our deadline. We dealt with Russ, Jemma, Victoria, Jan, Lainy and Lucy who were all extremely professional and always happy to provide any advice or answers to queries.
We will use Bakewell and Horner again when we place our next house on the market. For us, the only agency to use in Wallasey, based on their knowledge of the market and their ability to deal with large numbers of enquiries, is Bakewell and Horner. We have been highly delighted about every aspect of our dealings with this highly professional agency.

GoogleThis company has recently took over management of the block of flats I live in and are as useful as a chocolate tea pot. They fail to address antisocial behaviour, they fail to consider residents safety and are extremely argumentative over the phone.
That being said Peter M who does the flat inspections is lovely but that’s about all I can say that’s positive.
All repairs that were previously logged need logging again as they refuse to acknowledge the previously logged repairs, the system to log said repairs did not recognise my address nor will they accept the notification via email. So it kind of feels that the tenants are inconvenienced by their poor management.
I wasn’t going to post a review at first however their attitude on the phone is something that needs addressing. Rather than arguing or trying to argue just simply have a conversation to get the issue sorted. Have you heard about customer service?

Absolutely a bait and switch for them to get rental data for potential buyers for their own property.
I'm now including a photo of the for sale sign that went up right after. We never had a chance at rental. Scam.

4 adults, perfect credit history, decades of rental history, combined earning is 10x the monthly rent... and they want a guarantor to earn over £51,000 per year, and risk their mortgage for a rental property.
We have never come across such a restrictive and clearly unnecessary process for terms of rent.
Who is going to risk their home for this?
