Worst customer care. Snags not completed a year and a half later. Do not expect them to do anything in a timely manner and when they do, there are months of no communication in between.

TrustpilotHalf a job MUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Avoid them.Drains needed throughout garden.After a replacement of grass last year they have finally agreed to putting drainage in a small area of the garden and patch up the turf.They class this as goodwill!!. Jones Grandson visited the garden and doesn’t care basically. 3 emails ignored.Inspections they don’t turn up when they should, they come in expected over a week later.Numerous gardens being constantly replaced.Even the estate across the road no of the garden problems. Emails ignored.Theu don’t like you going to NHBC for advice either. 3 months without a shower too as they mess you around.A year on and still a stain on the kitchen ceiling after to “patch ups”.You’ve been warned.

6 months after moving in there are still many issues with the house that have not been resolved.Outside tap has a steady leak, green algae has now grown on the wall around it. We identified this the week before completion... Asked regularly for the tap to be fixed and have been told next week for months and now being ignored by customer services.Lovely house but the service after they have your money is abysmal.

DO NOT BUY! I have been on the Rivington Grange site for 7 months. My 7 day snag list still hasn’t been completed. Emails sent to customer care have been ignored. The whole site flooded due to poor site management ruining almost 30 houses on and off the estate. 4 site managers later- the site is half completed with no sense of it being finished. They are cowboys. Worst aftercare I’ve seen from developers.

Barrington Park, North West.They get a star for building the house.As soon as you sign the dotted line the customer service team you get passed onto couldn't care less. Your issues dissapear into a black hole. they stop answering your calls, e-mails go ignored and when after a YEAR of trying you get through to someone, they say that issues with the home must have be cause by me because I've left it so long. The audacity!Make sure you keep a written copy of or e-mail every communication with them and do not trust a thing they say over the phone. As soon as they put the phone down they will shrug you off. You will literally spent over ayear chasign them for the tiniest thing such as replacing a plug in the sink.They also caused damage to my property after I moved in and they have fobbed me off for over a year and are still yet to repair.

Purchased a 4 bed detached house on Newlands Grange N-le-W. It was fitted was a Glow worm boiler (regularly serviced) broke down within 6 months, part replaced by Valiant. Three years later boiler breaks down again resulting in new gas valve and burner needed, something I didn't expect to pay in such a new house considering we are low energy users. Warranty on boiler only two years, very poor for a house of this quality. Feel let down as I have now found out they are offering 5/10 year warranties.

Ive been in my home around 4 months now... so far my experience has been positive and pleasant..the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly towards me from the outset and continue to be so...there were a few snags ,which is to be expected with a new build, however these were put right promptly and to my satisfaction..also my dealings with customer care have been satisfactory.. i love my home and look forward to many happy years here...

Visited the van dykes show house today the salesmen said pardon when we asked when the Connaught release would be, he paused do you mean the Connaught he pronounced it differently to ourselves we didn’t go in for a lesson VERY pompous he understood 1st time
