FacebookWord of warning if you are thinking of buying through this estate agent then maybe think twice as they seem to allow multiple offers to be accepted on a house at the same time giving both buyers the run around to prove funds, only to be told our offer has been rejected for a lower offer as the seller has changed their mind.
Further to that we have had two confirmation emails confirming our offer has been accepted including solicitors being instructed however that seems to mean nothing.
If a property comes up with this agent again we will be thinking twice about using them.

Move Now were the agents managing the sale of the house we purchased. We dealt with Amanda who was very professional but also very personable and friendly. From the initial viewing, to acceptance of our offer, right through to completion Amanda always answered our questions or returned or calls in a very timely manner. Having had two properties fall through and the removal men already booked, there was just 8 days left on our existing tenancy agreement when we found our dream pad on Chevet Lane in Sandal. Sam Pepworth and her team rose to the challenge and made sure that everything was fast tracked and processed in time for us to move in.
