Due to a change in my sons plans I ended up needing to rent a property in Wakefield,quite a long way from where I live. I decided to rent it out via the full service provided by Movenowproperties and since september 2009 they have managed the property for me. During that time, Amanda, Sam and Sue have seen to everything. The property has never been without tenants and the ones selected have always been good, never any issues with payments or damage etc. They have always advised of any necessary works and have always had these carried out economically by locally qualified tradesmen., keeping me informed as necessary. They have also kept me up to date with necessary legislation. To conclude, my wife and I rent out three properties, one we manage ourselves, one with a nationally recognised company but the easiest of the lot for us is the on we rent via Movenowproperties.

Simple, easy and effective

I moved away from Move Now to another agent and immediately regretted it! I live in Australia and Move Now manage a property in the UK for me. Communication is always good and timely, they are very knowledgable and professional but most of all they have taken the time to get to know me and build trust which is essential with me living abroad.
