GoogleVery many thanks to all at Hunters Castleford and especially Andy Wiles during our recent setting up of a new agreement. Right from the start Andy and his team ensured that we understood the whole process in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times we were kept abreast of what was required, what had been completed, and the expected timescales. We would highly recommend Hunters to anyone who requires a professional and friendly organisation with whom to deal with.

GoogleAs a landlord I was looking for a company to arrange a Tenancy Agreement for me. I initially rang and spoke to Beth who was so professional and friendly and she explained the process to me and said she would pass me onto Andy to discuss further. Andy rang me at exactly the time he said he would and assured me that they could help. It was the easiest process I have experienced. I just sent him all the information he needed and sat back and they did everything for me at a very reasonable cost too. I absolutely recommend Hunters to any Landlord or Tenant as they really care about you and your needs and give a very personal, caring and professional service. Thank you to all the team!

GoogleFantastic service from Keira at Hunters in Castleford. Great knowledge of the property when viewing to purchase and extremely helpful when we had questions. What is so important in the property purchase cycle is an Estate Agent who knows how and when to contact all solicitors in the chain. Keira dealt with all of that without the need for us to even ask. If you’re selling your house I would highly recommend and if purchasing, you would want to find a house listed by Hunters.

GoogleWe have bought and sold may properties over our lifetime, and found the top 3 most popular estate agents left us more frustrated and having to do the chasing up for updates to us, so we said we would try our local estate agents Hunters in Castleford, what a breath of fresh air these girls are, they took away all the hassle, updated us twice a week, worked with our solicitors seamlessly and got the job done in six weeks, all the girls there are on top of there jobs, and a special thanks to Lisa who personally dealt with our sale, she was outstanding, and thank you for an excellent job, I cannot praise this company enough, they are setting the standards of service that others should follow but sadly do not. 5stars from me.

Agent Harj was full of fake promises. Although he was all smiles and seemed friendly, the minute we left after our viewing he didn’t return texts or calls and shyed away from any contact. After several calls to the agents I finally managed to find out myself that the property had been given to someone else, rather than them calling me to inform me I had to dig this information out of them which was frustrating. Avoid!

I have been trying to contact them for 4 months in regards to my flat and contract but they are absolutely appalling at responses and making things clear and helpful for those they are letting to. They have sent me in so many different directions on who to contact and have stopped responding to me within one week of me first contacting them. On top of this it took them weeks to respond and report to maintenance issues, and when they did the response I got was rude and abrupt. As well as that they issues weren't resolved fully resulting in me feeling uneasy in what was meant to be my own space. Absolutely awful service and wouldn't even consider letting/renting from them again.

Pathetic estate agency! The guy who is showing properties mixing up addresses and you end up viewing a different one. If you make an offer they show a very keen interest in person then no-one ever comes back to you. The property owners will never get to find out who made offers and they may just losing out on perfectly good tenants…!They do not even talk to each other within the office to relay interest.You get a bunch of promise, but that is all!Laura is useless!

GoogleBeen using Hunters Castleford for six years now with my 9 properties and I couldn't be happier! Andy and Georgia are absolute legends when it comes to finding decent tennants and sorting out any problems that pop up. They’re definately not one of those agents who start ignoring you once they've got your business. Speaking from experience. The best thing is I barely hear about any issues cos they handle everything so well, even an emergency repair once on aSunday (a minor one but still) Many times they've gone the extra mile - proper life savers! Regular inspections, quick maintenance fixes, and they actually answer their phones or whatsapp(imagine that!) Honestly best decision I made was letting them manage my properties. Proper stress-free landlording!

Appalling group of folks!This group has no idea what they are doing. we worked with Selina and she was absolutely clueless and brought wrong/unverified information to the table. If I were looking to rent, I would be running as far as possible from this agency or owners they work with! if there were minus points that is what I would give them for ripping a kid off!

GoogleSuper helpful! I had an issue with my boiler upon return from a vactavtion. However, I got the support I needed quickly and it was resolved within 24hrs - massive thank you to Andy who helped get this sorted for us. Also teaches me how to fix stuff going forward!

Absolute s#*t show, appalling service, went to view property on rossall promenade offered to put 6 months up front (not that i needed too) then never heard anything back, worse company i have ever dealt with in property, to not even get back to you, how unprofessional, to add more insult i seen property listed on Monday night contacted them 1st thing Tuesday to be told i have to wait for others to show interest before i can view appalling service STAY WELL CLEAR if one person avoids this company my review was worse while NEVER AGAIN!!!!

GoogleCouldn’t be happier with my experience of selling a home through Hunters. From start to finish they were so accommodating, Sally, Keira and Lisa and their teams were all fantastic, completing all the visits, speaking to me outside of hours around my work schedule when needed, answering any questions I had, and giving me a nudge when I needed it. Really appreciate the hard work put in by Hunters and the great, family feel to their business. Would recommend to anyone (and actually already have to a number of people)

The professionalism, reactiveness, and friendliness shown by Hunters Castleford at all stages from searching a flat to moving in made everything particularly straightforward. I am also very happy with the ticket system to solve issues on a day to day basis. So far, all the issues I've had, even very small ones, have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I'd like to thank in particular Georgia Liddan, who always goes above and beyond to solve problems when they arise. As a tenant, knowing there is someone who really listens and wants to help makes a huge difference! Thank you Georgia and Hunters!

GoogleBethany was a great part of our experience finding and moving house. She’s very kind and passionate about her job. Always happy to help even if you’ve called multiple times a day to check things! Any questions or problems she helped sort as fast as she could. James was also a great help when showcasing the property. Had good knowledge of the place and was very easy to speak to. When visiting the office, all staff were lovely and welcoming and were able to answer any general questions we were interested in knowing. Thankyou hunters.

GoogleVery impressed by the team at Hunters Castleford, they have helped me every step of the way, and always made me feel I could contact them as often as I needed to, to ask what I am sure were sometimes silly questions. They have been supportive and professional at the same time as being very approachable and friendly. Simply can not recommend highly enough! Their rates were very good, they included lots of photographs and details in the sale and made an emotional job much easier. A special mention to Hollie and Lisa who I dealt with mainly, both excellent. Thank you so much.
