I was a tenant and gave notice to leave the property by email. I had no response and over the course of the next few days emailed them several times and called them to make sure my notice had gone through as I had to finalise a moving day into a new home. This was very stressful. I eventually got through to someone who knew my details and she sniggered and she said you're the one who keeps emailing us. They also tried to get money out of me for decorating costs when the house was in dire need of updating the day I moved in.

Shocking service from Richard Kendal. Requested to view a property the day it went up for sale to be told there is no viewings for a week to now find out the property has sold. Didn’t even have the courtesy to contact customers waiting for viewings to tell them there is no longer any viewings. Shocking.
