GoogleWorst experience ever selling my property, staff where rude to the point i had to request a new sales advisor. Did nothing to sell the house or keep me updated. I cancelled YOPA for them as richardkendall 'sold me the dream'.. told me they would sell it an YOPA wouldnt type thing. House was at £475000 with YOPA had 3 viewings. House was at £450000 with richardkendall had 0 viewings. An now im £140 down and taken the house of the market.
I would definately avoid. They may tell you they will do more than the cheaper estate agents, they may tell you that they will sell it faster. They wont. Its all lies.
