I recently sold my home in East Ardsley. Living overseas I was worried this would be much more difficult than it actually was thanks to Amanda from Richard Kendall who went far above what was expected to ensure that the property was sold in a timely manner. Given the time differences Amanda liaised with all Parties on my behalf to keep the sale progressing and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not recommend a better agent than Amanda!

We are first time buyers and this process has been so daunting for us. Karen Marijewko has been an absolute godsend for us and we are so grateful to have had her support throughout. Karen has been so patient with our millions of questions and has been so quick to respond to us. Everyone I have spoken to about the house buying process have had poor experiences with their estate agents and had warned us about having to chase for information constantly. We feel so lucky to have had Karen as ours as she did all the chasing without us having to ask. She has emailed on the same day every single week without fail which has given us peace of mind that we aren’t alone in this. It’s been a long journey to get to completion next week, and I cannot thank Karen enough for her support.

Found trying to get a house quite stressful, firstly the people who show you the home just were not bothered to be there, turned up late, had no idea of anything regarding the property, when i asked them questions it was "i dont know, not my job", took 5 minutes with us then left us and we had no idea how to proceed if we wanted to apply for a property. When emailing questions it took a long time for replies. Applied for a flat and never heard anything back regarding it, checked the website and flat had gone but didn't bother to tell us that someone else had got it, so we were left waiting and had to chase it up. Decided to go a different estate agent and had a better overall experience and managed to view and sign for a house within a week. Just overall not the best experience and could have definitely been better.

Richard Kendalls have recently sold my property & I have been incredibly impressed with the level of service I have received. The first point of contact was with Grace who valued the property in a friendly and professional way giving clear information on costs etc. Andrew the photographer did a fabulous job & I was thrilled with the results. Karen was my main point of contact during the sale process and I can honestly say the service she gives is outstanding. I was kept informed at every stage & she contacted me every week with an update. She also contacted my solicitors to get information when I was having problems contacting them. Richard Kendall helped us sell our home. Shireen and Catherine went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through when it did. The communication was fantastic and they really pushed it through on our behalf. We honestly do not think we would have completed on the sale and purchase of our new property when we did if it wasn’t for Shireen and Catherine helping to get it all through. Initially when looking for an estate agent we had considered using an online one however we know now that would have been a massive mistake, it’s a guarantee they wouldn’t put in the effort and commitment we got from Richard Kendall. To say we hated the process of selling our lovely (but now too small) home was an understatement! However, if like us you don’t relish the process we highly recommend Richard Kendall’s. Roger came out to value our home and talk us through the process, he was so friendly and professional, a real pleasure to talk to. Once we agreed to list the property a photographer came out to take the pictures and we wish we could remember his name because he was absolutely amazing! So friendly and really talked us through the process, we must have had a hundred questions. At this point things were handed over to Joanne and Donna to deal with the sale. We would highly recommend that everyone requests them to handle their sale!! They were fantastic from start to finish and handled our sale perfectly!! We couldn’t have done it without their advice, guidance and on hand support! This is the worst estate agent I’ve ever experienced. From viewing the property to making an offer, having my offer accepted, and then rejected my offer when I submitted the documents and contacted mortgage broker and solicitor. It’s a worst and disappointing experience of buying my first house, they are unreliable and unsupportive. I will not contact them again and will not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed the plan is ruined, and I’ll have to look elsewhere.
