GoogleKaren sold our aunts house for us. The property was leasehold.This led to numerous delays due to solicitors raising queries and not communicating. The sale finally went through this was in no small way due to the tenacity of Karen. She was constantly pushing the sale and kept us up to date. She provided a first class service

GoogleUsed Richard Kendall to sell our home recently and I highly recommend them The brochure was very professional which got us a full asking price offer. We had major issues throughout the buying process but Suzanne and Donna from the Ossett branch took care of everything and stepped in when needed to sort issues out and kept us informed all the way. I truly don't think we would have completed without these two and can't thank them enough.

GoogleBeen dealing with Richard Kendall's at the Wakefield office since mid 2021 including a short hiatus in our transaction at our request. Can't fault them at all. Both Lucy H and Alison have been really helpful, keeping us informed all the way and providing lots of support and advice. Towards the end of our transaction things weren't quite plain sailing due to complications elsewhere in the chain but Kendall's did all they could to keep things moving and help us through the "sticky" bits. Would definitely recommend this company.

GoogleRichard Kendall provided an excellent service from start to finish. David Savage provided a very professional and informative market appraisal, answered all our questions and give good advice on how best to market our bungalow. We were then passed over to Karen Marijewko, Senior Property Consultant, she was very professional from the start making sure that all viewings were followed up, all feedback was immediately shared and offers presented. Once the offer had been accepted she was amazing at keeping us updated and always chased any queries that cropped up. Without her half the time we wouldn’t have known what was happening with the buyers and solicitors. I would highly recommend Kendall's, David and Karen and also the other girls who answered the phone and promptly dealt with our queries. Thank you all for a first class service.
