GoogleAs first time buyers we were nervous and a bit lost, however Joanne and Donna helped us every step of the way. They always answered our stressed called very enthusiastically and in a friendly manner which eased our worries immensely. It was reassuring how they dutifully chased both the sellers and ourselves to get things moving! We couldn't have asked for a better pair to have assisted us. Google5 stars isn’t enough! Joanne and Donna have been truly outstanding throughout my sale. I can’t thank either of them enough for the work they have put in. They’ve shouldered every bit of emotion and supported me beyond belief - I’m not sure this sale would have completed without them. GoogleThe worst company I've rented from so far. The apartment I rented from them wasn't painted, and during all the period I lived in that apartment I had problems that never were fixed. In the end, when I decided to leave the flat, I cleaned the apartment in the beat way possible and returned the key with everything perfectly clean, but still, they kept my deposit, which was completly disonest from them. I defnitly disrecomend!.
We understand that dealing with deposits are sometimes difficult situations at the end of a tenancy and can assure you that we work closely where possible with our landlords to help reach an amicable solution. We would like to point out that it is not Richard Kendall Estate Agent who make the final decision, as we take instructions from the owner of the property in regard to a deposit claim. We would also like to remind you that your deposit is protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and as such will remain with them until an agreement between both parties is reached or an adjudication is carried out by the dispute service should an agreement not be reached. If you do not agree with the deposit claim you will have been invited by the deposit scheme to respond to the repayment request where you can either agree or disagree, you will then be notified of a resolution period if you do not. If no agreement is reached during this period then the deposit scheme will notify both parties if the situation has been accepted for adjudication where you will be asked to provide evidence to support your decision. GoogleWords cannot describe how smoothly our process has gone thanks to our agent Amanda. We could not have gotten through it without her in our corner and her calming personality throughout the whole process. We will definitely choose to use Richard Kendall again with a specific request for Amanda if we are ever crazy enough to move house again!

GoogleWorst experience ever Viewed a house and after was asked to fill out pre-application form so all the adults can get a link to application form. Sent it back straight away, but haven’t received any links. In the evening called to the office and was told to wait a bit longer. Next day called them back again and also on top of that wanted to book more viewing. They said if I do so my application will be withdrawn so I was left waiting. 2 days later the property was gone. Thank you for wasting the whole week for us

We experienced a very high volume of applications on this property and the landlord agreed a let before other parties could fill out and return their applications back to us.
