GoogleCan highly recommend Richard Kendall Wakefield Right from the initial visit down to the completion. They were kind, understanding and caring to us when selling our parents home after their bereavements. Always kept us up to date on who and when was viewing the house. The house sold within the week. Fantastic service.

FacebookSo many negatives but let me share my experience as it as been nothing but great. park row couldn't spell kitchen when we used them and the sales listing was appauling. we called Richard kendall and they re valued and listed our property very quick for a better fee and it sold in less than a week great from start to finish so much so that we are using them again to list our current house fantastic again they understand the property and what we have done and we no they will do a great job again. Thanks

GoogleVery rude and unhelpful everytime I spoke with them from viewing to sale. And the contracts they have their sellers sign is incredibly restricting, preventing even me and a seller exchanging numbers. Also most of their properties arent actually sold by them but by other 'modern auction companies'NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleFrom Andy’s superb photos and video, through to Donna and Suzanne’s incredible organisation, care, network and knowledge, we couldn’t have been happier with the service from the Ossett branch. When deciding to appoint Richard Kendall’s we looked at lower cost alternatives but we definitely made the right decision to pay a fraction more for the quality. It’s easy to get an offer on a house but to get all the chain in line and the transaction over the line, Richard Kendall’s were superb. They managed up and down the chain, worked hand in glove with our’s and our buyer’s solicitors and were genuinely fantastic! Highly recommend!
