Sales Progressors are a big help

We didn't know what to expect from a Sales progressor's involvement in our property sale and purchase. Based on our experience of ASAP however, we would definitely recommend it. Matt was assigned to our house sale and purchase and kept in contact throughout with all parties of the chain in order to keep things progressing. He updated us regularly with how things were going and it was good to have a single point of contact for any queries or if we wanted messages or queries passing on. He did all the chasing and nudging that was needed as things ground their way through.

Abigail at Complete ASAP could not have…

Abigail at Complete ASAP could not have done more to support us during our house sale and purchase. We hit quite a few bumps in the road but she was always there to reassure us, her friendliness and compassion went a long way during the stressful process of being in a chain! Within the final couple of weeks before exchange she kept us up to date with daily phone calls, nothing was ever too much to ask for her. She is a credit to Complete ASAP, thank you Abigail!

Professional Service from start to finish

Our experience of using Complete ASAP and especially that of Emma is 5 star. We were regularly updated either verbally or via the online portal of progress of our move. But it was the eye to detail and relentless work ethic of Emma that really proofed reassuring in a stressful time. I believe 5 star should only be given when a person or company really excel and go that extea mile, in this case the rating is very well deserved.

Emma was amazing

Emma was amazing. She had a friendly manner but was always very professional. She kept us up to date on a weekly basis touching base with both solicitors. If we had any queries she would be back to us a.s.a.p with an answer. If it wasn't for Emma pushing things along I think the whole process would have taken a lot longer.We can't thank you enough for an excellent job. If this is the way you work with all your customers then you are doing everything just right.The only thing left to say is a Big Big Thank You

Jill was an absolute star ⭐ 100% recommend Jill and ASAP services

We’re happy to have had Jill from ASAP pushing our sale through, to equate the difference of having her at the helm, our sale has now gone through whilst the estate agents dealing with our purchase hasn’t, luckily we’re in a position to move forward with the sale whilst we wait for the lax estate agents dealing with our purchase. This just shows how much quicker things can be done using a professional service like ASAP. It wasn’t plain sailing as the buyer was a very tricky customer asking a multitude of ridiculous questions and out of the ordinary surveys, however Jill has negotiated the whole thing with the upmost professionalism and has kept us in the loop the whole time.Thanks very much for getting this awkward sale over the finishing line as we thought it was never going to happen.I would recommend Jill and ASAP as they take the chasing and leg work away. We never knew about sales progressors, they were supplied by our estate agents but now we have experienced the service I think all sales and purchases should use this service.Thanks for your help.

Not particularly helpful to the process

The updates received over the months from offer to completion with irregular at best. When they did come, both my solicitor and I acknowledged they were probably a week or so out of date. The agent was nice, but I really don't see a use to this service if it is not actively moving things along.

House move

Our move took a long time and we were constantly receiving messages with NO information in them. I feel that messages should be sent only when there is something positive to say, otherwise it is very disheartening especially if it is taking a long time. It makes it more stressful then it needs to be. In the end we weren't even reading them until the very end. When we were receiving e mails from our solicitor anyway.

Excellent estate agency.

Thoroughly recommended to sell your house. From the initial contact, right through to completion, the service was excellent. After wasting 6 months with another firm, we changed to this estate agency. Initial appointment, admin, quality photos & video & the house was on the market in no time. Within days we had 3 viewers & a buyer. We were supported throughout by our personal estate agent, Alex & also a sales progressor, Darcie. Both were very efficient, knowledgeable & always available to give advice & keep the process moving along. Progress can be checked 24hrs via the agency portal, which is always up to date & easy to use.
