Thoroughly recommended to sell your house. From the initial contact, right through to completion, the service was excellent. After wasting 6 months with another firm, we changed to this estate agency. Initial appointment, admin, quality photos & video & the house was on the market in no time. Within days we had 3 viewers & a buyer. We were supported throughout by our personal estate agent, Alex & also a sales progressor, Darcie. Both were very efficient, knowledgeable & always available to give advice & keep the process moving along. Progress can be checked 24hrs via the agency portal, which is always up to date & easy to use.

The updates received over the months from offer to completion with irregular at best. When they did come, both my solicitor and I acknowledged they were probably a week or so out of date. The agent was nice, but I really don't see a use to this service if it is not actively moving things along.

ASAP done an amazing job in get the sale of our property over the line despite it being hit by some issues from other parties solicitors. Ashleigh has been absolutely amazing during the whole period of time. Ashleigh kept us up to date and had the patience of a saint in putting up with our constant emails.I would definitely recommend ASAP with any purchase but do your research in to the conveyancing companies and be bold with them.Once again thank you so much Ashleigh. Our move took a long time and we were constantly receiving messages with NO information in them. I feel that messages should be sent only when there is something positive to say, otherwise it is very disheartening especially if it is taking a long time. It makes it more stressful then it needs to be. In the end we weren't even reading them until the very end. When we were receiving e mails from our solicitor anyway.

Libby has been an absolute star throughout the whole process of selling my new house. She is always very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and has been incredibly helpful in getting the Solicitors involved to communicate adequately which is no mean feat. She has also been super helpful in passing messages between myself and the buyer. I really couldn't have got to this point of exchanging contracts without Libby's help and would absolutely recommend her 100%. She is one of the few people involved in the process of buying that has really gone the extra mile and helped to ease the stress involved, thank you so much Libby!

After initially having some concerns with how much chasing by email, when I spoke to Amanda on the phone and raised my concerns I found her to be very helpful as she confirmed which part of the sale was the hold up (our solicitors) where they had been leading me on a merry dance thinking it was the other side! But we got there in the end. Not really as fast as I was hoping for considering there was a tiny chain but this turns out it was mainly down to our solicitors not following up the searches with enough urgency.

What an excellent service. Tereza was fantastic. We were kept up to date on all that was going on with the buyers and the Solicitors. Having this information daily was so helpful. There is always a void when buying or selling a property which is frustrating when all is silent and it appears nothing is happening. This service stops that horrible void.
