This is the first time that I had been given a different company as a Sales Progressor by the estate agent. At first I didn’t quite understand why, however , as time elapsed with my sale, it was so much clearer as to why. I was allocated one person to deal with the sale of my property (Isabella Turner), she kept me informed at every step of the way of the progress of my sale. She was always available for me at the end of a phone on occasions when I needed to speak to her, her e mails to me really helped put my mind at rest ( she would chase up solicitors etc) and her replies were always very prompt. Thank you Isabella for taking the stress out of my house sale.

Couldn’t fault the process of buying our home. We were lucky that we didn’t have a chain and it was an empty property that we were buying. We pushed it all through within 2 months and Helen from Complete ASAP kept a close eye on it and updated regularly on the progress. So all in all very happy.

This sale went on for a very long time! Change of buyer part way through (time waster) and probate issues. Throughout the process, Ashleigh kept us fully informed and was exceptionally supportive through the various issues. Thankfully we got it over the line with the second buyer. Big thanks to Ashleigh for her professional attitude and her fantastic support.

We were buying a house and our sellers had ASAP they were really helpful and informative throughout the time. Laura Moody was amazing she gave us guidance and chased the other solicitors and people involved. If we were to buy and sell again then we would definitely use ASAP 100 percent. All round great service and they actually went that extra mile.

What can i say about Complete ASAP more like a Complete pain in the Ass-ap. So when putting a offer in for a house (And i just mean just a offer nothing more) you get this waist of space ringing you up on the day telling you how much its gonna cost and asking you to download a app and complete the tasks like your id and information. You also get people ringing you all day from the likes of a surveyor asking you for money like £600 for a basic or can be more (I got it for £100 from my bank) from solicitor's fees they add more money just to pay this Complete ass-ap (so watch out). I'm a first time buyer so i thought it was normal at first but i was not gonna pay anything until my offer was excepted like anyone would. Now this 1st house i went for fell through. (Did they keep me up to date with this Nope) They was gonna ring the estate agent and get back to me but never did. Moving on i found another house i put a offer in again.... Yep they was on my back once again wanting everything sending over once again telling me what solicitors to use how much it gonna cost. Again that house fell through. 3rd house we put a offer in and thank god they didn't get involved We went to a solicitor who does EVERYTHING including Searchers and gave us a cheaper price. We are now ready to sign just waiting on the searchers.... Opps guess what.. yep Complete Ass-ap got involved saying the solicitors price that was given was all wrong we have to add on their price on too. Why in the hell after 2 houses and the stress would i want ASAP involved. They don't update you unless you ring them. They hound you for updates on how far we are. All they are is the middle person sign posting you but want paying a lot for it because they have to pay a fee... its like a pyramid scheme the estate agent uses Asap who then have got to pay the estate agent because they (recommended Asap) who then gets paid from a solicitor and a surveyor Asap signposted YOU too them who pays Asap so you end up paying a hell OF A lot more just so they can pay ASAP. So guys do your own researchers and avoid and save yourself a lot of money. After talks with Asap they have now closed my file and are now leaving me alone and i can now get on with buying my house at the cheaper price.

Really good experience with Maraliza at CompleteASAP. It was four months to the day from seeing our next home on Rightmove to completion, and we feel having CompleteASAP made that possible. Maraliza was good at regularly chasing solicitors and keeping us updated. Ultimately the way house purchases work is you are beholden to conveyancing solicitors, so there’s a limit to what Complete ASAP can ask/tell them to do, but we do think that Maraliza’s chasing helped move this process along fast. She worked across our sale and purchase diligently and efficiently.

Our estate agents used Complete ASAP and to begin with we thought this would be great, a place where we can check the progress and be kept updated without having to pester our solicitors all the time. Oh how very wrong we were!Our first sales progressor constantly had to be chased by ourselves for any type of update. We would never be any further forward. She then went off sick and we had different people dealing with our case. She ended up being let go from the company.Thank god, we thought! That was until we had our next progressor.Again, another person who we had to constantly chase. Her go to line was "Sorry, I haven't been able to get through to anyone so I've left an email." But when we rang ourselves we managed to get through every time.In the end we stopped contacting Complete ASAP because we'd get no where.I don't think this company understand how stressful it can be buying and selling a house and having them add to the stress was not needed.Anything we did find out in regards to progress was either from our estate agent or our solicitor.I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company to not. Just be aware if you do chose to use them, you'll be the one doing their job for them.

Georgina was absolutely awful, she was completely incompetent. Pretty much all she progressed was leaving voicemails and updated notes to say she was unable to get hold of anyone and would try again tomorrow. Constantly had to chase the estate agents to do her job for her. Unfortunately all complete ASAP brought to the table was a pointless third party to the mix to overcomplicate matters.
