Jill has been even more so as we approached and hit exchange, exchange can be quite fretful but Jill was chasing hard for answers and kept us informed. When clients are receiving regular updates directly from their solicitor, there can naturally be some overlap between the information they receive from the solicitor and their sales progressor. However, as we're not always aware of what has already been communicated, we will always pass on any updates we receive to ensure clients remain fully informed.
