I had a very positive experience with Liberty Sykes throughout my purchase. I was quite confused at many stages, but whenever I emailed, I always received a prompt and clear guidance. Libby was extremely helpful and supportive . I also found Libby very approachable , which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.I would happily recommend their service to others.

Having worked with Fernardo, we had the comfort of knowing there is someone chasing on updates on our behalf. Solicitors on both ends were held accountable. I feel this allowed for progress to take place. He was very gentle and supportive on the days nothing made sense. He would return calls quickly.

Tereza was very attentive and focused on our purchase. The purchase went on a lot longer than we had imagined but she was always chasing both sides and gave great communication so we knew exactly what was going on! If it wasn’t for Tereza then this would have been a very stressful process. She is an asset to the company.

Amelia was very polite and helpful, however the solicitors could have been more engaging . The emails were confusing sometimes, nearly every time we had to call the solicitors to discuss what we had to do. Quite frustrating.

CompleteASAP will not progress your sale. They will not check if your buyers have actually served notice. They will not check in with solicitors sitting on draft contracts between January and May. They will not listen to your requests on the phone. Your sale will likely collapse like ours did because it simply wasn't handled and the process wasn't progressed as we were assured it would be.

Through a very drawn out and stressful house purchase it was invaluable to have Jill from Complete ASAP as a point of contact. Jill was always available for support, queries and to help push things along and chase other parties as and when required. Particularly during the final few days, Jill pushed to ensure issues were escalated and resolved so that the exchange and completion could go ahead as planned.

Complete Wast of Time would be a better Moniker.There was a problem with my buyer's lender to purchase our leasehold flat. They wanted a Deed of Variation for the ground rent which was never going to happen so last December I suggested the buyer find a different lender (never got a response by the way). It was all doom and gloom at ASAP who told me they had multiple deals on their books which were similarly stuck over the ground rent issue. I spoke to my estate agents, who had unfortunately outsourced the sales progression to this outfit, and they were much more optimistic. They then took over the sales progression and a new lender was sourced within 2 days.ASAP managed to waste at least 3 months and cause undue anguish. To be avoided

Thanks for your feedback but I am afraid that mortgage advice is not within our remit or field of expertise. Our role is to ensure the seller is legally ready to move which in your case, included a request for the Deed of Variation to satisfy the terms of the buyer’s lender. We are of course, delighted to hear that the buyer found another lender and the sale was completed, a good outcome for all.

Matthew Lewis at ASAP has been our saving grace throughout the absolute nightmare process of selling my mum’s home and buying her new apartment. I don’t know what we would have done without him as he was the only person who touched base with us, kept us informed and advised at some very difficult times. 5 completion dates over a period of 8 months. My mother is elderly too. It has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life but Matthew kept us sane! We can’t thank him enough. I would 100% recommend using ASAP to go between solicitors on your behalf if you are selling/buying a home
