Didn't provide any value. Confused matters by not understanding what was going on. We had to correct and call solicitors and estate all the time. Also who ever was the point of contact was kept changing .

We found Abbie from asap very helpful in our house purchase. She had to battle with communication between our legal team (BRM Legal- who we would never ever recommend) and the others in the chain. She sent updates regularly and also kept in touch by telephone.

Our house sale was difficult as we were awaiting probate. Sometimes it felt as though this was forgotten. I felt bad every time I said we were still waiting for probate as I probably wouldn’t have believed the delay so well done to the buyer and Isabella. We got there eventually

Ashleigh our Sales Progressor is what has made the experience much better than we could have imagined. Lots of ups and downs and terrible solicitors on the other side but she kept on top of everything. She really is an asset to the company. Our solicitor even called her a secret weapon. Without her it may have taken even longer.

Communication was great from Allison at Complete ASAP. She was in touch when needed throughout the process and was always friendly and professional. It got quite stressful on the lead up to exchange and completion and Allison was in touch, keeping me up to date on any news she had to share.
