The service provided was a great link between the sales process and legal services. Ashleigh McDonnell has a great deal of professionalism and kept us well-informed throughout the sale of my mother's house. To say there were hurdles at several points in that process would be an understatement but Ashleigh was extremely supportive and understanding, providing updates at every opportunity. The overall service she provided was excellent

Darcie chased all the solicitors and kept us up to date every week. Which was nice not to have to keep chasing solicitors and take the stress out of the experience of selling a house. Darcie would always ring or email us to keep us up to date.

Overall a good experience but as the sales progresser couldn’t get hold of my solicitor on numerous occasions I had to be the point of updates to give back. If solicitors could speak to each other more regularly this would avoid the constant interruptions with getting me involved

We got updates quicker through chasing our solicitors, Complete ASAP always seemed to be a step behind in what was actually happening. The only positive I took from using the company was that they did have contact with the sellers solicitors too so I could use them if they needed a nudge. Emma was really helpful in pushing our sale though so I have to give credit to her after a poor initial experience.
