We are sorry to hear that you didn't feel our service added value to your transaction. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when progress is limited by a lack of communication from one of the parties involved.
While we work hard to maintain regular contact with everyone in the transaction and chain, there are unfortunately occasions where we are unable to obtain responses despite repeated attempts. When this happens, it can restrict our ability to proactively move matters forward as quickly as we would like.
That said, I appreciate your comments about the team. They genuinely do care about the transactions they manage and will continue trying to make progress wherever possible.
