Athena did a fantastic job of keeping us updated and chasing solicitors when we moved. Near the end there was a lot of confusion about moving date from both ends of the chain, and we were able to call up Athena and have her talk to all the parties involved to come to an agreement.

Whilst we weren’t using this company for our part (we are at the bottom end of a lengthy chain), Complete ASAP have been working with the top end of the chain. During the process, which has been a long a difficult journey, I was given contact details for Ashleigh Mcdonnell from this company to help us understand what the issues have been. I can honestly say that she has been an absolute angel, she has explained everything going on clearly and kept us in the loop with everything. She has been so incredibly helpful and made a difficult process a lot easier to work through. She has worked so hard to get this all through and I would like to say a huge thank you for her support in progressing the chain.

Quite frankly without Darcie I would have been climbing the walls! She has been with me every step along the way towards the completion of my mother's flat, and I cannot praise her enough. To clarify, our service itself is completely free for clients. In most cases, the only early costs in the process are EPCs, searches or compliance checks which is standard procedure. If you’re happy to, we’d really welcome the chance to understand this in a bit more detail so we can ensure everything is communicated as clearly as possible going forward.
