We're sorry to hear that you didn't get much value from our communication towards the end of the process. Our role is to proactively chase all parties involved and keep clients updated on progress, even when there has been little movement. Whilst we appreciate that this can sometimes result in similar updates being shared, our intention is always to ensure clients feel informed and reassured that matters are continuing to be progressed behind the scenes. We're also disappointed to hear that you felt unsupported when trying to contact us. Having reviewed the file, we can see that all contact attempts were responded to, although we appreciate that there may have been occasions where we weren't immediately available when you called. Our experience with complete ASAP has been extremely positive. Ashleigh McDonnell made the stressful process of moving house so much better. She was prompt with answering any queries we had and extremely efficient in ensuring the sale ran as smoothly as possible. She continually added notes to the case so we were always well informed and updated. This experience wouldn’t have been as positive without her, well done Ash and thank you!

Could not be more disappointed and baffled by this service. They offered nothing as far as I can tell. Messaged them on numerous occasions for updates on the progress of our purchase and received no reply. Eventually the purchase fell apart after 3 months, more due diligence would of saved us months of wasted time. They were supposedly in constant contact on a bi-daily basis with the seller but neglected to give us updates despite our requests. Completely ignored us for weeks at a time. I don't see what they offer that an estate agent couldn't do themselves with little effort.
Thank you for taking the time to post and we are so sorry to hear that your sale fell through. Estate Agents appoint us to oversee the progression of transactions once they put the deal together. It is frustrating for all of us when, due to circumstances beyond our control, that deal can't proceed. We hope you find your dream home soon though.
