Our Sale Coordinator at CompleteASAP was excellent. She communicated well, so we always knew where we were in the process and she became a key focal point between ourselves as sellers, the buyer, the estate agent and both solicitors. When it was necessary to push to keep momentum going, she was right there and tenacious. A delightful person to deal with, her part was instrumental in getting contracts exchanged to meet our deadline.

Having just sold a house using ASAP I cannot praise the service they provide enough! I didn’t even know it was a thing beforehand, but Jill at ASAP was the critical link in the chain between sellers, buyers, solicitors and estate agents! She smoothed the process, chivvied people along when they needed it and oversaw everything from accepting the offer to completion. Everyone needs a Jill when buying or selling property!

No prior question on whether we wanted them to help us (we were buying) - hounding our solicitor for things, was told we would get weekly calls (which again we didn't opt for, but still didn't get). Updating our case on their system and emailing us updates that were out of date saying they were chasing for things that had already been done... felt inconsistent, pointless and unwanted at every stage as we never opted in in the first place!

Although the staff at ASAP were friendly I felt that there was no urgency in their approach to our house sale. Initially I was contacted by two different ASAP representatives who gave me the impression that they (each in turn) would be responsible for our case but in the end a completely different person ended up dealing with me. Of particular note were two choke points in the process. Both required my intervention, after which, progress was made. I was emailed on a weekly basis and told what they had done. This was usually to advise me that they had contacted both sets of solicitors and were waiting a response. Quite often they never got a response. I never received an email advising me what they had actually achieved. In the end I took over and relieved ASAP of the need to chase on my behalf. Given that there were no chains at either the buyers’ or sellers’ end I would have expected the transaction from agreeing the sale to completion to have happened much faster than the 6 months that it took.

We’re sorry to hear that you found it difficult to get through at times, particularly when you needed support. We understand how important timely communication is, especially towards the end of a transaction when things can feel quite pressured. As part of a sales progressor’s role, they are often on the phone liaising with solicitors, agents and other parties throughout the day, which can occasionally mean they are unavailable at the exact moment you try to call. However, you should always expect a call back, and we’re sorry if that didn’t happen as promptly as it should have on this occasion. I can see that there was a high level of contact from your sales progressor in the final stages, and our aim is always to be as available and supportive as possible. That said, your feedback is really helpful and we will take this on board to ensure we are as accessible as we should be at all times.

In general was a good service, they chased venders, buyers, sellers and solicitors on all side. The app was use full to see how far the move was proceeding but also for us was frustrating as we wanted it too move quicker lol so catch 22! So if you wanna sit back and let everyone do their jobs in the back ground it’s great to see the chain moving, we liked to also chase people as well so depends on what side of the fence you wanna sit on.
